I know it's rated for T+ but it's really appropriate, genres: mystery, romance, action. About shinichi kudo (high schooler) who shrunk into 7 years old and live with her girl friend ran and he's a detective who wants to catch the black organization who hime him the poison who shrunk him. That manga is really MUST READ manga, there's no sexual content or ecchi or any thing, now go get it, enjoy!

3 Death Note Death Note Death Note is a Japanese television drama series based on the manga series of the same name by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. The show is centered around Light Yagami a promising highschooler and aspiring detective with a strong sense of "justice".

4 Assasination Classroom

Assassination classroom is very funny and full of action yet can become serious in the blink of an eye. It is a great manga.

5 Kuroko's Basketball

This manga gets you so fired up each time there's a game. It's just epic. Please read it

, how can you not love it! It is the best, I got into it when I was 9 and finished when I was 10, I'm still sad that it ended so I painted over the stuff that said last volume laugh out loud :D
