Much like the news media believe it or not. Politics talked about the UFOs last month and people are fearing from it just from seeing the memes and such.
6 They are usually made by someone who is not an expert in politics but rather someone who is trying to be witty and funny
7 The ones that glorify a politician/ideology fail to realize the failures of that politician/ideology
I don't really notice this often though I mostly see memes that make fun of a politician not ones that glorify them.
