Signed a massive tax giveaway for the rich
The Tax Cut and Jobs Act gives over a trillion dollars in tax cuts to the rich over 10 years. If this bill stays in place, it will eventually either put us in a deep recession or debt crisis, or the government will be forced to dramatically cut programs for the poor.
Either way, countless people will suffer, and some will die.
Taxes are important to society, and without them, we wouldn't have roads, houses, and other essential infrastructure. Rich people have plenty of money to give away as taxes, but Trump cut taxes for them, so there's going to be a crisis soon.

Signed anti-environment policies
He withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Agreement, overturned the Clean Power Plan, dramatically cut funding for environmental research, green-lit damaging pipelines, and imposed tariffs on solar panels.

After using the filibuster to block Obama's appointee to the Supreme Court, Trump supported abolishing the filibuster to get his judge in place. He also packed the appeals courts with conservatives, nominating a record 12 judges in his first year.
These judges will be in place for decades and will help keep in place horrible, dangerous, and unconstitutional laws, like the Trump travel ban.
He breached through normal processes to get his supporters appointed as judges, making himself nearly unimpeachable so he could continue weakening the USA.

Botched response to Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico
He basically ignored the disaster, and the little that the government did was incredibly slow and not nearly enough. Hundreds died (and according to some studies, around 3,000 people died), and many places on the island didn't have power for months.

Defended authoritarian rulers in Russia, North Korea, the Philippines, Egypt, and China
Not only did he defend these rulers, but he was also influenced by them and used their methods to control the country.
That's against America's promise, but he probably thinks that America is now Trumptopolis, so he can do whatever he wants.
Trump's words embolden these leaders to continue committing unfathomable human rights atrocities.

Signed anti-immigrant and anti-refugee policies
Most famous is the travel ban, which blocks people from certain Muslim countries from entering the U.S. However, he also signed many other horrible policies.
He revoked DACA and Temporary Protected Status, which gave legal status to millions of people living here legally. He indefinitely blocked people fleeing for their lives from Syria from entering the U.S. and made it harder for other refugees to get asylum as well. Additionally, he ordered ICE to arrest more noncriminals and made it harder for legal immigrants to bring over their families.
The United States is by far one of the top choices for immigration. Trump is trying to kill that good reputation and replace it with the worst reputation the United States has gained now.

Proposed and signed terrible healthcare policies
The biggest policy was Trumpcare, of course. If that bill had passed, over 15 million Americans would've lost their healthcare coverage, and premiums would've increased by over 20%. Thankfully, it didn't pass, but other policies did.
He ended certain subsidies as well as the insurance mandate, which will cause premiums to increase by 20% or more for middle-class families. He also massively cut healthcare research at the CDC.
This made the USA more vulnerable to falling into anarchy due to the coronavirus than ever before.
