Top Ten Best Things about Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

Well I made a list about biggest problems, let's see what the best things were. AGAIN SPOILERS BELOW
The Top Ten
1 Vision of Han Solo and Ben Solo's redemption

This was the highlight of the movie here. After Kylo Ren gets injured and we hear about Leia's death, a memory of Han Solo appears to Ben and gives him a huge turnaround. This in turn leads to him throwing his Sith lightsaber away and helping Rey. He no longer is Kylo Ren at that point, but Ben Solo.

This was one of the only really good things about it.

That was a nice scene to add.

2 The ending aerial battle

The huge amount of Star Destroyers, the Resistance that shows up, and then the HUGE Resistance fleet that also shows up. It's all action and good fanservice.

The aerial battle was super cool.

3 C-3PO C-3PO is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. A protocol droid, interpreter, and best friend of R2-D2, C-3PO was built by a young Anakin Skywalker, later serving alongside Anakin's children, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa. C-3PO appeared in each film of the Skywalker Saga, portrayed by Anthony Daniels

Best character in the whole movie. Has lots of witty comments, and had one of the saddest scenes with his memory being wiped out. He then gets it back, and it's wonderful.

4 Rey deflecting Palpatine's lightning with two lightsabers

She did it in a way that made Mace Windu's lightning deflection so weak. And then she uses two lightsabers in it too. It's actually very similar to the climactic ending of Avengers: Endgame in a way.

I absolutely loved this scene. Palpatine died like he should've in Revenge of the Sith.

5 Luke encourages Rey not to give up

After Rey's horrific visions of possibly being a Sith, she exiles herself on the same island Luke was on, burned the fighter she used to get there, and attempted to burn the lightsaber. But Luke manages to turn things around, and even gives her his old X-Wing.

Yeah that was a really cool scene.

6 Lando's return

Always a good character and even though he doesn't get a lot of scenes Lando still has it well.

7 The new characters

Almost all the new characters in TROS are great. Jannah was my favorite and has a backstory similar to Finns. Zorii Bliss was interesting even though she doesn't get a lot of scenes. And General Pryde despite being Moff Tarkin 2.0 was actually intriguing. The D-O droid was comic relief but did okay.

8 Rey having her own lightsaber at the end

While I'm not a fan of her name change, she gets an ORANGE lightsaber at the end and it's pretty cool. It could even be a nice setup for a future film.

It's more like yellow but yeah. I really like them giving her something unique.

9 The lightsaber battle on Kijimi

This is one of the most interesting duels between Rey and Ren. The two are in completely different occasions but through Force are capable of communicating AND locking sabers at each other from far away. It's a cool shot.

That was a cool fight

10 Chewie's reaction to Leia's death

I'm not a fan of Leia's death, because it was a rushed scene and doesn't do a good amount of service to Carrie Fisher's character. But Chewie's grief-stricken and heartbroken reaction to yet another character he loses (first Han, then Luke, now Leia), is completely understandable.

The Contenders
11 Chewie gets his medal
12 Ben Solo's Redemption
13 Battle Droid

They're not in the Rise of Skywalker movie this item doesn't really belong here.

14 The voices from former Jedi

A really underrated scene in the movie. Almost every Jedi had a line in the scene.

15 Dash Rendar's ship
16 Palpatine saying "Do it!" again
17 The ending
18 The acting
