Top 10 Studio Trigger Anime

This anime studio sure is like no other.
They are known for making the craziest, flashiest, and most bizzare anime in the industry; but which of their modern masterpieces are THE best?
The Top Ten
1 Kill la Kill Kill la Kill is an anime television series produced by Trigger. In Kill la Kill, Ryuko Matoi transfers to a new high school in order to find her father's murderer.

This one is definitely their most popular series, and that fame is well deserved. Much like Gurren Lagann, this wacky series is EPIC to the MAX.

Honestly, nothing even comes close to this brilliant work of art.

Trigger studios definitely never LOST THEIR WAY with this one!

A good show with a good plot good job Trigger!

Crazy over the top action scenes, incredible humor and a satisfying ending

2 Little Witch Academia Movies

LWA is one of Trigger's greatest works. The fluid and crisp style of animation, lovable characters, and wholesome plot makes it an easy 10/10 in my opinion. If someone new to anime asks me to recommend a show, LWA will be the first show that comes to mind as the Western-style comedy is perfect to ease them into the genre.

Kind of like harry potter..but with cute girls?
don't get me wrong, it has cute girls, but its also so much more than that.
Its fun, enchanting, and thouroughly entertaining.
If you like magic schools and harry potter-esque stuff, you gotta check this one out!

3 Space Patrol Luluco

The literal embodiment of everything we love about Hiroyuki Imaishi and the crew at Studio Trigger.

Do not underestimate this one.
Sure, it has a short runtime, but the craziness in this show is just so extreme that it comes close to even matching levels of Gurren Lagann in its last episode.

This is a huge treat, and definate watch for any Trigger fans!

It was so crazy, fun, addictive, and exciting that I watched it all in one day. This anime doesn't HAVE what moments. This anime IS a what moment.

I highly reccomend this one.

Still currently Airing.

5 Kiznaiver

Not the normal Studio Trigger craziness and story-telling style, but still a very colorful, fun, and entertaining ride.

Kiznaiver is gorgeously animated anime with a very cool concept and a fun cast of characters.
just.. be prepared for some feels.

It was GREAT, I enjoyed all of it, the narrative; the characters; everything. I don't think the story needs a new season, but a movie or an OVA would be perfect. I want to know what happened next.

Really good art style and animation
Story is good as well
Writings kinda intermediate other than that really good.

6 Darling in the Franxx

I loved it, most of the people says it is trying to be some of the series that inspired it, and I agree in some way, but the characters and their relationships are so beautifully developed that you can focus in that aspect of the series ignoring the similarities with Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann or Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'm thinking of watching it again.

I need more darling in the franxx... would be #1 anime for me no question if it weren't for that ending... I don't even mind if there's no season 2... Even a remake where it follows the story of the manga EXACTLY would satisfy me... Though a season 2 is one of the few things I'd pay any amount of money for

7 Trigger Chan

Triggers badass female mascot girls, Trigger, Muzzle, and Spring. Well, there's not REALLY an anime for these 3 yet, only a 30 sec animation.
But this studio is still reltively new so I'm running out of material.
Either way, their mascots, the 30 sec animation, and any future Trigger-chan/Trigger Girls anime is and will be AWESOME.

8 Inferno Cop
9 Ninja Slayer from Animation
10 Hacka Doll the Animation
The Contenders
11 Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Gurren Lagann, known in Japan as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, is an anime series animated by Gainax and co-produced by Aniplex and Konami. It was also directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi and written by veteran playwright Kazuki Nakashima.
12 Sex and Violence with Machspeed

A completely 100% BONKERS Imaishi animated short about...um... sex and violence?

Okay, You really have to see this for yourself. I can't really explain what this thing is. Its like 10 minutes a long, just do yourself a favor and go see it for yourself.

All I can't say is...its WEIRD.

13 Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is a Japanese anime television series produced by Gainax, as well as a series of tie-in media developed around it. The series ran from October to December 2010 on BS Nittele.

Fun, bright, with a sense of humour to match Deadpool. The raunchy jokes and beautiful style makes this anime worth watching over and over.

14 When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace

Entertaining. I don't know why, but I want more of it. I feel a second season is needed.

15 Promare

Promare is beautifully made. The art is amazing and I fell in love with the style. I personally think the characters are great as well. If you are looking for something to watch then definitely give this a look. without a doubt one of my favorite movies by far.

16 BNA: Brand New Animal BNA: Brand New Animal (Japanese: BNA ビー・エヌ・エー, Hepburn: Bī Enu Ē), or simply known as BNA by Netflix internationally, is an original Japanese anime television series produced by Studio Trigger and directed by Yoh Yoshinari.
