Clueless people tend to know The Beatles, the Stones and Led Zeppelin but not The Who even though The Who are arguably as great as those other 3 bands so that's why I would say a little under-rated. - Garjen
Underrated? Are you kidding? You go to any record store and you will find records of " The Who ". That's not what I really call underrated.

Not exactly under-rated, as they are very justifiably considered to be one of the greatest rock bands of all time, although for some reason their stock is not as high in the UK as it is in the US.
