Pacifica Northwest is a character in the cartoon Gravity Falls made by Alex Hirsch. She's known for being rich and hating Mabel.She scares me. Maybe it was the animatronic part (this was before I knew about FNaF)
He was an important villain.
If you really look deep down past their annoyingness (they were slightly annoying) you can see that they actually are quite evil. I mean they try to kill Pacifica (well she was mean anyway, but that episode was the start of her reformation) then once Mabel swallows the sticker that they want now they want to cut her open and they chase Dipper, Mabel, and Pacifica around so that way at they can get the sticker. Plus at the end of the episode once the main characters of that episode are out of the golf place they even throw an axe at the door and threaten them. Like they try to murder two people all for some dumb sticker. That's why they are more evil than what they seem to be.
