Everyone who wasn't Muslim was butchered under him. Impalement was rampant under him, only Vlad Țepeş was much more sadistic. In spite of that, Mehmed II is seen as hero in Turkey

"Am I a dictator? NO! There's 5 democratic institute that rule alongside me. until my death I am always a democrat. A dictator always have a party behind him that's always ready to pick the power. but sukarno has no party behind him. A dictator rule from his throne but sukarno rules in the middle of the people. If a leader that is gifted to be charismatic and having the power to lead big amount of people is dictator, then let them call me as a good dictator." --Sukarno on his autobiography. I'm not agree that sukarno is a dictator only because of democracy with leadership. the people love him only those western country that hate his great leadership will said so

Sukarno is not a dictator -_- and yes Sukarno is a womanizer but still he is not deadly as the others - CerealGuy

Womanizer, economics amateur -> lead to Indonesia's economic misery during his tenure. On the other hand though, he was a good military man, a good orator.

113 Victor Yanukovich (Ukraine)
114 Xi Jinping (People's Republic of China)

He is really one of the few dictators in the world, who does not limit the terror within the boundaries of his own country.

He seems to have time and energy enough to terrorize people even outside China in Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Manila, Taipei... and many more. If he had an excuse, he would order the killings of all Uyghers.

115 Salvador Allende (Chile)

He wanted to make Chile to a Communist state. If he wasn't murdered, he would have made it worse than his successor (who was also a really bad guy).

He should be like number 4. He sent many people to be killed

116 Park Chung-hee (South Korea)

He governed South Korea during the 1960s and 1970s.

Whoever was suspected as communist, he risked his life. People of South Korea were scared of him back then.

117 Paul Biya (Cameroon)

Egoistic as he is, his people suffer whereas he can live a life even much better than the rich Sheikhs in Arabia.

Mass Murderer

118 Hassanal Bolkiah (Brunei)

He's a king, not a dictator.

119 Wilhelm I (German Empire)

Reactionary emperor, squashed the slightest liberal opposition

120 Urho Kekkonen (Finland)

When politicians disagreed with him, he always threatened with Moscow intervention.
