Jay Black had an enormous hit with Cara Mia when he was 25 years old. It had the highest notes ever written for a popular song. There are YouTube videos of him singing that same song 50 years later. And he gets every note right. A tremendously powerful and versatile voice.

People seem to be forgetting a lot of rock's early big voices on this list.
