Best Anime Voice Actors
Ah, yes - Edward, Tamaki, Ikkaku, Rohan-sensei, and so many more. This man is so talented. I love how he can play someone like Broly and then switch to someone like Edward. Not only is he an amazing voice actor, but he is also a musician! I listened to a few of his songs yesterday, and oh my God - his singing voice is incredible.
I don't really know much about his personality, but I feel that such a thing isn't my business to research. Bless this man. He is amazing! In fact, I really want to meet this guy! Seriously, though, he deserves first place!
He went from being the second Black Ranger (watch the show if you don't understand) to voicing Ichigo Kurosaki and some of the most iconic characters in anime history. You cannot deny the legend that is Johnny Yong Bosch.
His voice is just plain sexy, especially when he talks cool and smooth like Izaya. Yum!
I think Todd is possibly the most recognizable anime dub voice actor for me. He's got some really fantastic roles and is able to use almost the same voice for nearly every character. He's got an amazing range too, but it never seems boring or overused.
He really shines through. One of the characters he's voiced, Natsu from Fairy Tail, has left a lasting impression on me because of him.
This dude should be much higher. I mean, Natsu Dragneel (Fairy Tail), Death the Kid (Soul Eater), Oberon (SAO), Italy (Hetalia), Allen Walker and The Millennium Earl (for a few episodes) (D. Gray-man), Tsukune Aono (Rosario+Vampire), Judar (Magi), and Ling Yao (FMAB). His voice is so distinct that he should be ranked much higher.
Being the best voice actor should be primarily based on how versatile you are and how well you can do a ton of voices. Blum has voiced over 850 different roles for a reason. He's absolutely fantastic in everything he does.
I'm not going there to die, I'm going to find out if I'm really alive. Bang.
Orochimaru... My idol. He should be higher.
Not only has he voiced some iconic roles, but he has also produced some of the most powerful, emotional scenes in all of dubbing. From Vegeta's pride speech to All Might's Go Beyond.
I love his performance as Kikuchiyo in Samurai 7. The anime has a great English dub, but what makes him so special is that his performance almost rivals that of the original Kikuchiyo himself, Toshiro Mifune.
He can do so many different voices perfectly. He's voiced so many characters from DBZ and other anime, and he keeps them all unique.
He does the voice of Raditz from DBZ, my favorite character in anime.
He plays English Kirishima and a bunch of other characters I love!
Josh's vocal ability is one of the most unpredictable within the realm of English-dubbed anime. From a high-pitched character like Kuranosuke (Princess Jellyfish) or even Armin (Attack on Titan) to a deeper-voiced character like Ginoza (Psycho-Pass), there is no doubt that he excels in whatever he does.
This guy is in so many different anime, and every time I have to really listen closely to tell if it's him. He is always fantastic in. Every. Single. ROLE.
He's got so much range! Every role he does is incredibly well done. This guy has tremendous talent!
I'm voting for this person because I can see the voice actor of Tamaki as number one. I love Black Butler and Ouran High School Host Club! Kyoya and Sebastian!
He always seems to play guys with glasses! How in the world does that always happen? No matter! He's pretty stellar!
Sebastian and Kyoya... Geez, this guy can voice anyone. Yay, Tatum!
The Newcomers
His voice for Goku is amazing! I love the SSJ 3 scene. He nailed it on the scream. This guy is so awesome.
He has pretty much the best voice ever. Watch anything he's in. He's better than all of the other voice actors and everyone else alive.
One of the most mature-sounding voices I've ever heard.
"It takes a man to kill a monster."
She voices Asuna Yuuki from Sword Art Online, Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail, and Patty Thompson from Soul Eater.
Fairy Tail brought me here. Also, she is so nice.
Lucy in Fairy Tail, Sailor Venus in Sailor Moon, Patty in Soul Eater, Sae in Peach Girl.
She is the most badass voice actress I've ever heard. I just love how she can shift her voice from sounding childish to sounding like a fully grown woman. I personally think she's very underrated despite her talent.
Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tohru in Fruits Basket, Maka in Soul Eater.
I remember when my brother and I first played Sonic Free Riders, and he played as Knuckles. All I could think was, "Is this Roy?"
I love Bryce Papenbrook! I first heard about him through Miraculous Ladybug and continued to hear him in other anime. His voice honestly just makes me so happy. He's a very talented guy, even though he's still a newbie. He should definitely be higher than 14th place!
This guy should definitely be higher. Kirito, Rin Okumura, Eren Jaeger, and even Red from Pokemon Origins! How could anyone not like this guy's roles? Papenbrook is the best. Papenbrook is love, Papenbrook is life.
He's a newer actor, but I think he sounds great. He plays Eren (Shingeki no Kyojin), Rin (Ao no Exorcist), and Kirito (Sword Art Online). He's very good at screaming (as weird as that might sound).
He's been out of the anime game for a while, but you can't beat being in anime like Zoids and small roles in anime like Galaxy Angel to being a major iconic character such as Ranma. Or my favorite character of all time, Inuyasha!
Seriously, she is the voice actress in One Piece, Black Butler, Tokyo Ghoul, and so on.
She voiced Ciel Phantomhive in Black Butler. She is so lit!
