In terms of sheer destructive power, Goro Goro no Mi is possibly the most powerful fruit we've seen so far. Additionally, it has decent range and insane speed.

Law's fruit has incredible potential and can be used to completely disrupt an enemy's strategy. It can protect comrades by swapping spots with enemies or the stalagmites he pulls out of the ground with Shambles, I think.
Even Doflamingo said in the Dressrosa Arc that Law's Devil Fruit is one of the strongest in the world. Mingo was overpowered as hell, so that's really saying something.

Honestly, people heavily underestimate this fruit. It lets the user turn animals into toys just by touching them. This means that the user could defeat the likes of Kaido or Whitebeard just by touching them. Which is ridiculous. Furthermore, the user gets stuck at the same age they were when they ate the fruit (which is the reason why the Ope Ope no Mi is worth 5 billion Berries).

Due to the Suna Suna no Mi's ability to absorb moisture, it could potentially destroy the world. This can be seen in round two of Crocodile and Luffy's fight. Crocodile used his right hand to absorb all the moisture from the local area through connected surfaces. If Crocodile widened his range, countries or even the planet would become dry husks.
The Suna Suna no Mi Devil Fruit has many abilities beyond just normal elemental control. It allows the user to locate quicksands, set off sandstorms, and absorb liquids. By absorbing liquids, it cancels out its own weakness. Such a Devil Fruit has never been seen before!
Being able to turn into a phoenix would be both cool and powerful.

Doku Doku no Mi is not a Logia, but the way Magellan used it makes it nearly as formidable as the Admirals' Logia fruits. Magellan casually sent a massive wave of poison that submerged all of Blackbeard's crew, putting them down instantly. Blackbeard only survived due to his antidote.
Even without its poison effect, Doku Doku no Mi is highly acidic but comes with a few downsides. Firstly, it is not as fast as Pika Pika no Mi or Goro Goro no Mi. It lacks the destructive power of Magu Magu no Mi, and Whitebeard's Gura Gura no Mi can completely neutralize it. However, this fruit is incredibly dangerous because it can instantly kill anyone in the series if they come into contact with it.
