San Francisco Giants
3 WS wins in the past 5 years, I get it. The Giants are good, but not as good as the Brewers and Athletics.
Getting it done the same way as the Dodgers.

Oakland Athletics
No fantasy players, but they find a way to get it done every year.
They would have won the World Series if they hadn't traded away their leader, Yoenis Cespedes! #LetsGoOakland!

Los Angeles Dodgers
With one of the best rotations in the MLB, they are off to a great start.
The Dodgers beat the Oakland Athletics and the Giants. Vote, please.

Baltimore Orioles
The Baltimore Orioles seem to be a team of destiny this year. Even with the loss of their All-Star catcher, Matt Wieters, early in the 2014 campaign, they've been able to get the most out of that position with Nick Hundley and Caleb Joseph.
They've also suffered temporary setbacks due to injuries to key players at various times of the season, but have always been able to get production from others being platooned to fill the void.
The long and short of it is that the Birds of Baltimore are for real and are playing great baseball as we approach September. They are by far the best team in the AL East, probably the strongest division in baseball, and the last time I checked, had a 7.5-game lead over New York and an 8-game lead over the team north of the border.

Milwaukee Brewers
I'm a Sox fan, and I'll admit that the Brewers are off to a great start.
After the season, I thought the Brewers did pretty well this year.
11-5 start, best record in the MLB.

Atlanta Braves
With the loss of their catcher, they are still getting it done.

Detroit Tigers
They have a complete balance of hitting and pitching, and now in September they have put it all together. Watch out, playoff teams. Here we come
They're fierce this year. Heavy hitters, stealing bases. They have strong starting pitchers with powerful relief.
They get it done year in and year out.

Boston Red Sox
I think Boston should be in first in the top 10 because they won the World Series last year and won like 8 championships. Way better than the Brewers
They should be in first even though I am a White Sox fan
Red Sox are my favorite team (Buckner was a disappointment)

They finished with a record of 98-64, just ahead of the Baltimore Orioles.
Best record in all of MLB this year! They should be at #1 on this list!

They're off to a good start but will have to bounce back from the injury to Zimmerman.
May I ask why the number 1 seed team in the National League is only number 12 on this list?

With the loss of Cano and Rivera, the Yankees still manage to lead the AL East.
They're doing better than last year, thanks to their offseason pickups and rookie sensation Masahiro Tanaka. Go Yanks!
