Top 10 Best Baseball Teams

Come on. Seriously? Obviously the Yankees are the greatest team in the greatest city in the world. From Babe Ruth to Lou Gehrig to Joe DiMaggio to Yogi Berra to Mickey Mantle to Reggie Jackson to Derek Jeter how can you possibly say that the Yankees are not the greatest baseball team of all time. 27 championships. Ruth and Gehrig led the way to make them the greatest sports team in history.
Even though I live in New England I still have no problem saying I support the Yankees. I remember in sixth grade my teacher would let the class watch the Red Sox highlights and I remember when they played the Yankees I'd be against the whole class. Screaming "YAYY" when they were upset. That was the best. GO NYY!
Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Lou Gehrig, Derek Jeter. Look at how many of the greatest players of all time were Yankees. Look at how many World Series have been won by the Yankees. Need I say more?
I met Mickey, Joe and Yogi when I was very young and have been a Yankee fan ever since. Being from Pittsburgh, I was harassed quite a bit but all I would say is a quote from Yogi " Never forget the Yankees".

Dodgers are baseball. Like the song says their "fandom has no earthly bounds, from the universe above echos a familiar sound, 'lets go Dodgers."
I love the Dodgers! A special Thank You for having Fernando Valenzuela throw the first pitch in one of the World Series Games this year. I was in happy tears.
They are awesome and cool I like to watch there games and I enjoy there games and that is why I will vote for them they should be the best baseball team.
Let's GO DODGERS! They are the best. Dodgers are one of the best baseball teams of all time and they have grown throughout history.

This team is amazing, Especially for the fact that they won this year's world series with 4 wins straight and no losses, This team is amazing and will always remain one of the greatest baseball teams of all time. Go Giants!
I think they should be 2. I mean, they have the same number of world series win, but the talent for the giants is unavoidable. I mean, Posey, Pagan, Panik, The Brandons(Belt and Crawford) Duffy, Span, Pence, Blanco, Bungarner, Cueto, Samardzija, Huston, and more. Honestly, the only real player on the socks is Papi, and he is retiring. Besides, the coaching too. Pablo "Panda" Sandavol was a giant, and he hit and played 3rd base greatly. Now, he moves to Boston and he is garbage. San Fransico beats Red Sox
Great team didn't buy their ring if you watch the three World Series they were in in the past five years they struggle to win each of them they fought hard!
We stink right now, but the way we have played in the
past, we are just waiting to whip out another World Series win.

There's no way this team shouldn't be #2 on this list. Not only do they covet 11 World Series under their belts, they're also leading the pack in terms of franchise fan-fare. Nielsen Scarborough has ranked Cardinals patriots as the number one MLB fans, fourteen times within the past eighteen years and the four measly years when they weren't number one..they ranked number two on the list. Aside from their amazing comeback history, the cardinals are quite possibly the only hope humanity has in saving middle earth from orks and white walkers.
They are in one of the greatest rivalries in baseball (cubs vs. cardinals), and had some of the greatest players ever, like Stan Musial, Lou Brock, Bob Gibson, and Red Schoendist. They have also won the second-most world series with 11 wins. The Yankees only won 27 because they had several rosters where the "stars" were on steroids. Sure, McGwire was on steroids, but we didn't win any world series with him. The Cardinals currently have a good farm system with plenty of young talent and veterans to see championships in the coming years
Cardinals are the most consistent team in history. Always relevant. Always deep in talent. Always contending. Considering that their city is much smaller than other teams on this list, they are by far the best sports team ever.
If you like old fashion baseball with a great farming system and not spend millions upon millions for a player, the Cards are for you.

The Red Sox are the team to beat in the new millennium. Before the infamous Curse of the Bambino, the Red Sox (first called the Boston Americans) were one of the best baseball franchises in the country. They won the first World Series in 1903, then went on an insane streak, winning four WS titles between 1912 and 1918. Then came the trade of Babe Ruth to the Yankees. The Red Sox faded into an unbroken 86 year championship drought. The Yankees, one of the worst teams in baseball before Ruth, would go on to become the most dominant team in the 20th Century, winning 25 WS titles before 2000.
2004 changed everything. The American League Championship Series, to decide who would go on to the 100th World Series, was played between the Red Sox and Yankees. In the best-of-seven series, the Yankees took the first three games. It seemed like the Curse would never end.
And then came Game 4.
Trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the 9th inning, facing elimination with just two outs to ...more
The red sox are the best team in the world no matter who you have they can beat them if you put the Yankees against them the red sox will win with a lot of homeruns with fantastic plays that will only happen once in a life time. Also we have a lot of fans that enjoy the game for the stadium and everything. The red sox don't care about anyone but they have 7 world series with a lot of great players like Ted Williams, Babe Ruth, Carlton Fisk, David Ortiz, etc. Let's Go Red Sox Let's Go Red sox Let's go.
There's not a doubt that even if the Sox had a championship drought that lasted a long time, there's not a doubt that some of the best players of all time wore a Red Sox uniform. Ted Williams, Wade Boggs, Carl Yaztremski, Carlton Fisk, Manny Ramirez, Big Papi, the liste goes on and on. The most devout fans, the coolest experience ever getting to see this team at a true cathedral of a park. It's truly amazing.
The Yankees may have have more championships than the Red Sox over the last century, but the Red Sox have more than them in the past 18 years with four! They also beat the Yankees like 16 to 2, in Yankee Stadium, in the ALDS this year. Plus Fenway park is definitely the best stadium.

Cubs are the BEST! I loved them before they were cool, and the best game ever played was on Nov 2, 2016 at Cleveland. Yes they may not be the best at everything but other teams aren't good at stuff either (and this is to the people who talk smack about teams, so stop thinking it benefits you because it doesn't).
The history! The long long history! Everyone loves the Cubbies! After our home teams, the Cubs are everyone's favorite team!
The Cubs have played the most games in baseball history. Established in 1869 in the same city they're in now.
The Cubs have proved themselves, and they have shown us how great of a team they are re. #1 team to me!

The Reds, or Redlegs, were the first organized team of all the MLB teams still existing. That's why they traditionally play in the first game of every season.
Had the best players in the world and so much better than most other teams here like the cubs are cursed.
They're the closest team to Indiana and I live in Indiana.
At least they were until this season...

How are the A's this much lower than the Sox? They have one more WS ring than the Red Sox. Sure, they may not be great now, but overall, they're the better team.
The A's have the best scouting no doubt. They had Zito, Hudson, Muldoon, Cespedes, Donaldson, I could go on forever.
The a's have many awesome players.
Their 2002 season was dope!

Now in 2017, I have to mention their extreme offseason. First of all, they acquired speedy shortstop Jean Segura, former top prospect Mitch Haniger, and reliever Zac Curtis from the D-Backs. All in exchange for just Taijuan Walker and Ketel Marte! Next, they acquired Marc Rzepcznski, acquired speedster Jarrod Dyson from KC in exchange for Nate Karns, and picked up other fantastic pitchers.
Share all time win record in a season in 2001. enough said!
Best team in the league!
There pretty nice

even through all the hardship of being made fun of sticking with it and playing the game is what they're good at for the New York Mets.
I do like the Mets. I'm a big Willie Mays fan, and the Mets team was created for the purpose of bringing Willie back to New York. That's the reason the Mets colors and their NY logo so closely resemble Mays' old New York Giants colors and logo. The owner finally pried Willie away from Horace Stoneham's SF team at the end of Willie's career. Mays got to play in the 1973 World Series with his new Mets teammates, and he played well. A Willie Mays fan has a place in his (or her) heart for the Mets.
It's not always about voting on this list. It's about the mets, baby, love the mets! Alright, baby, let's go! Get a home run, baby! Love the mets! Let's go mets!
The Mets are the best team. Just think about it. Jacob DeGrom won the sy-young award in 2018. Noah Syndagaard (my favorite) has a cool nickname. in 2015 they made it to the world series. So, with the best pitcher, cool nicknames, and a good team they Mets are truly the miracle Mets. that's' just facts.

The Tigers deserve to at least be in the top 5 here's why, first off the old English D the Tigers wear is the most recognized sports symbols in the WORLD! That's no bull, if that isn't enough the 2 greatest players other than Babe Ruth to play the game were/are Detroit Tigers. Those 2 players Ty CObb and Miguel Cabrara! Last triple crown winner. 3. Detroit Tiger fans are diehard true blue fans. Ever been to a game in Detroit? It is often insanity with the cheering, very loud place. 4. Even though the Tigers have not won 27 Championships But they were one of the first teams in the AL they have always been competitive. They are no expansion team that's for sure! Top 5 I says!
Even when times are tough, they just fight their way through it. This year, they are doing WAY better than they should have. They won some games that should have been blowouts with them on the bottom at the end. They lost games rhat they should have won based on the current status of the teams pre-game. They lose talent (like Fiers) and gain talent who I'm sure will do well in the fut (maybe the extremely near future! ) Whatever happens, I'll always be a fan! Go Tigers!
Detroit is the best team they have done very well, although in past few years their manager was not able to get them up to par. Now they are planning to get a new manager, so I have a feeling they are going to get much better very soon.
Me and a friend of mine watch the Detroit Tigers on T.V., we cheer on the tigers at home. We like to see them make home runs, get more RBI, steal bases, catch long drives and throw the ball to get the other team out. We love the Detroit Tigers. And love to see them work together. Go TIGERS

If you forget the statistics Phillies have the most well rounded team with the best people! The fans are the hardest on the players and the players still have a good attitude!
I just like them but really how are they not in th to
Ten list?
My wife favorite team!
The phillies are building up to be a strong team again they are great

I absolutely love the Toronto Blue Jays and I will remain loyal to the team , also I love their mascot the blue jay and Blue Jays are beautiful and it is my favorite bird , Go team blue Jay and this team greatest !
The Jays are the best and had best walk off world series ever and they always have to contend against the Yankees and Boston but still do so good!
"Joe Cater walk of World Series winning home run, the Bat flip, the Donaldson dash and slide, who says the Blue Jays aren't good! "
They are a great team ups and downs like the rest they prevail let's keep up the great work Go Jays Go!

The Baltimore Orioles have won 3 world series ranging from the sixties to the eighties, and have been in the world series 4 times before. They have had great players like: Frank Robinson, Cal Ripken Jr., Brooks Robinson, Boog Powell, Jim Palmer, Eddie Murray, Adam Jones and more. Also they had a great season in 2016.
Whoa Whoa Whoa. The Cubs have just started being a good team and they already are high on the list! Give us some credit!
Oriole fans share memories that are ubelievable. My 13 year old son does not believe the stats of the 1971 Orioles! Says it's impossible...can't be done!
The Orioles are the best team in America. The fans are loyal and don't care if we keep losing.

With one of the best defensive lineup in 2017 and the best player in the game at the moment, Angels are definitely one of the best baseball teams.
I love them so much! Angles have good sportsmanship, if you seen the tigers playing the Yankees, they have horrible sportsmanship.
The Angels are my favorite especially since they have my favorite player, Mike Trout!
They need to win another free way series.

The Ray's are doing really good but can have there ups and downs... But they can show how good they are by playing a good game the next game

The 1960 team beat the Yankees including players like Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra. Also many Hall of Famers including Honus Wagner, Willie Stargell, and none other than Roberto Clemente, who broke the Latino color barrier.
What even is this dumb list. Pirates should be higher. Cardinals should be higher. Phillies and reds should be lower. Worst ever
Their not spoiled winners like the yankees.
It's been a while

Houston has the best front office and best long-term strategy for maintaining excellence for years to come. They know how to recruit & develop players that contribute to the whole of the team, rather than merely good players. Lots of teams can sign a free agent, make a trade, or draft a good player. The Astros develop a true team.
They are most likely going to win this year's (2017) World Series. The orange team makes me fall in love. They deserve to win. They won against the Yankees, almost lost a 2-0 lead. They're still one of the best ones.
The Astrros in the beginning started out as a slow team but now they are one of the best teams to ever play in the MLB.
Best team in 2018. They had so many wins. So, I think they have to be number 1.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have a great 2016 season ahead of them. This offseason they drafted several players that will greatly contribute to the franchise: Zack Greinke, Shelby Miller, and Tyler Clippard. We also have several other players that will be able to contribute, such as Paul Goldschmidt, and A.J. Pollock. Our team has also been currently dominating in Spring Training.
I love the Diamond Backs. They are the BEST I love Alex Avila, even though he's getting older. In my opinion, they are THE Greatest Wild West Team.
The greatest beloved team of mlb in history.
Greatest Team in the world!

The best team out there!

This is the best baseball team of all time, it should be at #1, they beat the pirates almost every time.
They are good what do you thank they are in 22second they should be in 4th.
Tomahawk Chop all the way!
They are the best team

The twins are the second best team and baseball with young guys on their team and the youngest manager in baseball.
I think the twins are the best top 5 for sure!
The twins are better than The brewers.
There the best!

The Indians/Guardians have at this point already beat the Yankees. The won a game with 3 runs all in the last inning. when it was 5-3. I think they should be bumped up.
They are good this year I thank they can at least be in 11th.
The indians are the best
They are the best team

I'am not saying the Milwaukee Brewers are the best team out there, but towards the end of this year when Christian Yelich got his injury the Brewers were playing good baseball. I'am not saying that the Brewers are better off without Yelich. The Brewers were depending on each other not just one guy when Yelich was hurt. I have to tip my cap, wish them luck, and with always the best fortune for the Brewers. The Brewers will make it to the World Series before 2022. Go Brewers
They were great with prince fielder!
They are just incredible
They should be in first!

One of the most historic teams in the major leagues. A history with a checkered past, filled with wins, loses, mobsters, and legends. The illegitimate team of the second city. Lurking under the shadows of Wrigley, lies a team who seems to be forgotten by everyone, except the real baseball fans of the Windy City. All you have to do is take the redline to the Sox 35th stop and step into the field of greatness.
The Sox are the best not for how good they are but how hard they try. By Jerome Reed
Sox are the best period
This the best
