Top Ten Offensive NBA Free Agents of 2019
Offense is very valuable you literally cannot score without good offensive players. Their are great offensive players coming into free agency. Let's look at some of the best of them.
Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, and the Nets.
He was MVP of the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals. Kevin Durant can score from all three levels: close range, mid-range, and long range. He can score from the post in a variety of ways. He also has okay passing ability. He should be able to do all of this once he comes back. He should be better than ever once he comes back.
As a Warriors fan, I will definitely miss him. I think that if he had played during the finals for the whole series, we would have won.
Kawhi Anthony Leonard is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors, and the Clippers. Like Durant, Kawhi can score from all three levels. I am convinced Kawhi has reached the unguardable level that all elite offensive players can reach. Kawhi will be one of the great scorers next season and could be one of the greats of all time.
Kyrie Andrew Irving is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, and the Nets. Kyrie Irving is one of the best scorers in the league when he is hot. He is able to get to any spot on the floor with his dribbling ability. Kyrie also has a deadly jumper, and he can score from all three levels. Kyrie just needs to improve his leadership skills.
D'Angelo Danté Russell is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball League. D'Angelo Russell is one of the best isolation players in the league. D'Lo can get anywhere off of a pick-and-roll and get an easy bucket from all three levels. I hope he stays with the Nets so he can stay with Kenny Atkinson and the system and team he has developed.
Jimmy Butler III is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. Born in Houston, Butler grew up in Tomball, Texas, and attended college at Marquette University. Jimmy Butler gets big buckets. He can score from all three levels and is close to being unguardable. Jimmy Butler isn't unguardable yet, but he can certainly beat a lot of defenders off the dribble to get to a jump shot.
Klay Alexander Thompson is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. An elite shooter, and while he won't be able to play this year, hopefully, he can come back near the end of the season and next year be able to add more offensive power to his game.
Kemba Hudley Walker is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association. He had previously played for the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets from 2011 to 2019, and the Boston Celtics from 2019-2021. If a team can just surround him with the right pieces, then he could expand his offensive game more.
Khris Middleton is a knockdown scorer at all three levels. He can go off the bounce and he can spot up. We saw him as a focal point of an offense last year with the Bucks. We will see what will happen next year.
J.J. Redick is one of the best shooters in the league. He will be a very valuable commodity come free agency.
Tobias John Harris is an American professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association. Tobias Harris is an excellent scorer, not as good as some of these other guys. Toby still has to improve in almost every category.
