Arguably the most evil character in fiction, only rivaled by his brother. He wanted to kill God and he called his crippled daughter a useless weakling. It's hard to get more despicable than that.
They're monsters.
He gleefully attempted to cut up C. C. with a chainsaw and lead Nunnally to her death. Unlike the other villains, who didn't seem to like their own actions, Mao seemed to love being evil.
She supported her husband's evil plans and terrible actions. Terrible mother.
I used to think Ohgi was nice, but he was willing to risk the Black Knights' chances of saving Japan, because his feelings were hurt by Zero, yet he gives Villetta (a murderous villain) a complete pass, because he's attracted to her.
