    Sit-ups are the number 1 worst exercises ever. It doesn't even target your abs, and it is estimated that it takes about 22,000 sit-ups to burn 1 pound of belly fat.

    If they don't work, why have my abs gone from nothing to amazing by doing only sit ups? It's gotta be more than the placebo effect.

    Full range front squats are great. I have a ton of respect when I see people lowering the weight so they can go lower to the floor when squatting
