Push ups are my favourite exercises because there are a lot of varieties and they are the best for your triceps and chest.

No! I can't even do 1 without my arms aching! Sit-ups are better!

People should do this instead of running.

6 Flutter Kicks
7 Sit Ups

Sit-ups are the number 1 worst exercises ever. It doesn't even target your abs, and it is estimated that it takes about 22,000 sit-ups to burn 1 pound of belly fat.

If they don't work, why have my abs gone from nothing to amazing by doing only sit ups? It's gotta be more than the placebo effect.

8 Squats

Full range front squats are great. I have a ton of respect when I see people lowering the weight so they can go lower to the floor when squatting

9 Burpees

This should be in the top spot. Its an easy workout and incredibly good for you. It's a compound workout which means it targets multiple muscles in your body. These types of workouts are good for triggering the 'Afterburn Effect', which is the scientifically proven fastest way to burn fat. Basically, it burns fat for up to 48 hours after your workout is done. INCREDIBLE!
