Best Canadian Football League (CFL) Teams
The Canadian Football League isn't just a collection of teams. It's a clash of cities, fanbases, and legacies stitched together by three downs and a whole lot of grit. You know which teams bring the thunder. Maybe it's the ones with the rowdiest fans, the flashiest offenses, or those stubborn defenses that just refuse to quit.
Now's your chance to throw your vote behind the teams you think bring the most to the field. History, heart, hardware. Whatever your criteria, it's your call. Do you ride with the underdogs who never say die? Or do you back the squads that always seem to find their way to November glory? Scroll through the list, make your picks, and see how your favorites stack up against the rest of the league. In the CFL, loyalty runs deep, rivalries are fierce, and bragging rights are everything.

Calgary Stampeders
Outlaws of the West. Year after year, the Stamps are a threat in the West and always seem to be atop the league standings. They may not have had a lot of Cup success, but Bo Levi Mitchell will surely change that.
The Stamps have dominated for years and will continue their dominance. Great management.
I am also not huge on football, but I've seen bits of Stamps games and they whooped ass!

Saskatchewan Roughriders
How can you vote for Toronto? They never fill their stadium, and at least half the people that go to their games are from the opposing team. We sell out almost every game, and the only two colors you notice in Mosaic are green and white. We sell 70% of the league's merchandise, which says a lot.
The Riders are doing great. They have five decent quarterbacks, and even with Sheets in the NFL, they are still dominating the running game. The Riders have great fans and receivers. Overall, I think the Riders will win the Grey Cup just like last year.
-
Toronto Argonauts
How could you not love this team? The CFL is the best league in the world, led by the oldest professional sports team in North America, the Toronto Argonauts.
I think Toronto is the best because they have the fewest losses in the CFL. They have great defense and running back. Their quarterback is one of the best in the CFL. I think they will win the Cup!
Sixteen Grey Cup wins for the Argos. Saskatchewan Roughriders shouldn't even be on the list with only three Grey Cup wins.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats
I just want to say that the Hamilton Ticats deserve to be first on this list. Everything from the amazing atmosphere at games, to team spirit and talent, makes them #1. Everyone focuses on how they did this year, but if you take a look back at previous seasons, you can see the raw talent this team has. Oskee wee wee.
Best colors and rowdiest fans in the CFL. In 1999, I was in Hamilton for the awesome Grey Cup party afterwards. They truly love their Ticats and made me a fan for life! I've been to almost all CFL venues, and only Saskatchewan rivaled them in terms of passion. NHL, please give them a team so Southern Ontario can finally have a professional hockey team!
Their hatred for the Argos is the best in sports. Even when not playing them, you can hear "NOBODY BLOWS LIKE THE ARGOS" or the simple "Argos SUCK" chants.

BC Lions
They are the best because they are led by a quarterback in his prime, Jonathon Jennings, who can scramble and has a great arm. They have a strong defense, depth, and coach as well.
British Columbia's team has potential and wants to win! I agree many teams do, but I can only see the B.C. Lions winning!

Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Reid lights up the field running the ball. They have a top five quarterback to go with it too.
Blue Bombers are dedicated to their fans and to the best game ever. They are number one in my heart.
The one-two punch with Streveler and Zach will stop the Grey Cup depression in Bomber Town.

Montreal Alouettes

Edmonton Elks
The Eskimos should clearly be number one. We have one of the top three fan bases in the league and the best stadium. We are only two cups away from having the most in the CFL. Currently, we have the best quarterback in the league, the two best receivers, a good offensive line, three other good receivers who can make clutch plays, and a great running back.
We also have a top three field goal kicker and a pretty good defense. Remember, we don't sell out our games because our area has twice as many seats as the others.
The Eskimos are the greatest team of the modern era. From 1952 to 2005, they went to the Grey Cup 24 times, winning in 1954, 1955, 1956, 1975, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981 (where they were just seconds away from being defeated by a 5-11 Ottawa Rough Riders team), 1982, 1987, 1993, 2003, and 2005.
They have had some very thin years, statistically speaking, but I am a die-hard fan of the green and gold.

Ottawa Redblacks
Competing in the Grey Cup only in their second year and having the loudest fanbase in the league, the team is full of culture, pride, and a great family spirit. It doesn't get any better.
I have high expectations for 2016. Are the Redblacks going to make the 104th Grey Cup? Hell yeah.
Also, plaid was a great idea. Also, who would go for Toronto?! They have, without a doubt, the weakest fanbase. An NFL franchise would straight up kill the Argonauts franchise.
The Ottawa Redblacks, in only their second season, made it all the way to the Grey Cup. They also have great players like Chris Williams, who was signed by an NFL team.
