Top 10 Worst Performers from Week 3 of the 2020 NFL Regular Season

A rather tough week to pinpoint who the biggest flops were, but maybe you have somebody in mind.

    You know what that smell is, fans. It reeks of a lingering draft bust, doesn't it? The Jets are basically a laughingstock, and thanks to giving Darnold absolutely nothing, the guy will have a miserable last 13 games left on the schedule until they get the guy who may replace him.

    The easy answer here would be Kyler Murray, but I'm actually going to say Larry Fitzgerald. If I'm Kyler Murray, why didn't you go to Fitzgerald when nothing was working? The Lions had problems with healthy corners, and somehow you can't locate where Fitz is to help out and maybe avoid throwing those bad picks that cost you the game?

    I can't say I'm surprised with an amusing 10 yards against a second-string defense. The Giants have a shot at Trevor Lawrence. That means you root for the Jets to screw up and win Thursday night.

    Mixed day for Haskins, but when you have two picks at the very end, I start to wonder when Kyle Allen and Alex Smith will come onto the field. Now, going up against Baltimore, I expect nothing less, but a change should happen in that game.

  5. Chris Conley

    Chris Conley dropped some passes that could have kept Jacksonville on some drives a bit longer, which cost them a chance at a closer outcome and possibly a win.

  6. Darren Waller

    Well, predictably, the Patriots were going to make sure Waller was a non-factor, and they had to force the Raiders to find other ways to score. Unfortunately, he and Jacobs didn't have the sharpest of games either.

  7. Jeff Driskel

    It appears Denver's season looks very much over. Even if they get Drew Lock back, there's not enough guys to really say they get that many wins out of their backups. Sure, the Jets you could say are possible, but at the same time this team is beat up, and it showed when Driskel was having a tough time and eventually got benched.

  8. Mykal Walker

    Whelp, Atlanta found a way to blow it again. How is Dan Quinn still here is my question after this game? Foles and Trubisky both went after the guy who played the poorest in coverage, and that was Walker, who gave up some big ones. Granted, he also got a forced fumble, but he was getting torched as well.

  9. Holton Hill

    Holton Hill was the most targeted when Tannehill just zeroed in on the young, vulnerable corners. Everybody who lined up against Hill got huge gains on passes and hardly any deflections to go with them.

  10. Darren Fells

    Houston still had some problems clicking everywhere. Tight end play was covered like a rock in this one. Fells had nothing to go for, as he was shut out in another loss.
