2 Jerry West Jerry Alan West is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

As one of the greatest long-range shooters in history, he achieved his amazing numbers before the 3-point shot was instituted. Its not unrealistic to assume he would have hit 2 or 3 "threes" per game, which would have made his career numbers on par with Chamberlain and Jordan.

4 Elgin Baylor

He averaged a Double-Double. He had the most points averaged in a game that is not named Wilt Chamberlain. Instead Bill Russel wins with 18.9 points and 23.6 rebounds a game. That sounds good but both Elgin Baylor and Wilt Chamberlain had a Double-Double. (Wilt should have won with an INSANE 50.4 and 25.6 rebounds a game). Instead the NBA went with bill Russel which was a horrible pick in my opinion and you can argue that Elgin Baylor had better stats then Bill Russel. (And obviously Wilt Chamberlain).

In that 61-62 season, he had the highest season scoring average in history by any player not named Wilt Chamberlain. Yes, higher than Michael Jordan's best-ever season. Nobody ever remembers the guy who came in second.
