Primarina
Primarina is a Water and Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII, specifically in Pokémon Sun and Moon (2016). It evolves from Brionne, which itself evolves from Popplio. Primarina's singing-based battle style is characterized by sea lion-inspired fluid movements. It has appeared in the animated... read more
I love Primarina. Though for most people, their favorite Pokemon is their first ever (mine was a little Oshawott I named Snooty), Primarina is my all-time favorite. She is beautiful, majestic, and for some reason, I just love Pokemon whose hair blows in the wind. Though I find it awkward most of the time your starter is male! Haha!
I am really, really disappointed that people vote for Milotic, Gardevoir, and even Absol! Seriously, why do people ignore her? Primarina looks like the god of the sea. She is the most beautiful and gorgeous Pokemon ever! I continue playing Pokemon because of her.
Anyway, let's hope everyone pays attention and votes for her!

Gardevoir
Gardevoir is a third-generation Pokémon species originally introduced as a Psychic-type in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It evolves from Kirlia and has a further evolution into Mega Gardevoir when exposed to Gardevoirite. Known for its powerful psychic abilities and strong loyalty to its trainer, Gardevoir... read more
How can someone treat such a beautiful Pokémon like crap! It is a guardian angel for goodness' sake! I love its personality and its looks. I think it looks sort of cute. Its personality is protective, and it doesn't even care how much it gets hurt as long as you don't get hurt.
It is my favorite Pokémon. It goes from being a shy little Pokémon to not even caring if it gets hurt as long as its trainer doesn't get hurt. Isn't that beautiful enough to keep it number one on this list?
Gardevoir is a majestic Pokémon, presumably based on a guardian angel. It is willing to risk its life for its trainer, and all it gets in return is pornographic drawings. In my opinion, yes, it does give off that sort of vibe, but that doesn't mean you should defile this Pokémon for your own twisted enjoyment.
I hate that I can't search for beautiful pictures of this Pokémon because not even Safe Search can block the sheer number of pornographic drawings. All in all, Gardevoir is definitely my number one beautiful Pokémon, no matter what.

Milotic
Milotic, known in Japan as Milokaross, was introduced in Generation III. It is celebrated for its graceful appearance and powerful Water-type moves. Milotic evolves from the seemingly unremarkable Feebas, which has a rough and unattractive appearance prior to evolution.... read more
I have this Pokemon on my game, and I just can't help loving him. I came across him randomly on my own and was so surprised and excited that I just had to add him to my team.
Gardevoir is almost as elegant, in my opinion, as Milotic. It's almost like Gardevoir rules over the land while Milotic watches over the sea. They are both gorgeous, and I struggled to choose which one to vote for, but eventually, I made my decision. I think Milotic deserves a spot as number one.
Milotic is literally registered in the Pokédex as the most beautiful Pokémon, and you can clearly see why. When you vote, there are things you need to consider, like what beautiful means. For me, it means feminine beauty. Handsome means masculine beauty, and cute means just plain adorable.
When you consider those facts and look at the competition, Milotic really stands out. Just look at it. And the fact that it evolves from Feebas gives you that ugly duckling transformation, which makes it even more beautiful in my eyes.
That's just my opinion, but please remember what beautiful means!
-
Ninetales
Ninetales, known in Japan as Kyūkon, is a Fire-type Pokémon species introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Vulpix when exposed to a Fire Stone. Ninetales is recognized for its long, flowing tails and mystical powers, which are said to grant it supernatural abilities.
Ninetales is just so pretty. It has nine beautiful tails, bright eyes that make you fall in love, and a gracefulness that matches that of a royal queen. But honestly, I think I like the Alolan form of Ninetales better than the normal one. Its nine tails curve outward like a flame. Its icy blue eyes gleam, stunningly beautiful.
Its regal ice-blue fur shines under the moon as it gently watches its territory, guarding against intruders, yet helping those in need. What wouldn't you like about this magnificent, royal, ice-blue, nine-tailed fox?
Pokemon that look like humans aren't humans so they look weird. Pokemon are meant to be animals, right? So Gardevoir and Milotic both look weird, if you see what I'm getting at. But Ninetales? It is a majestic, beautiful and regal Pokemon that deserves to be number one. Don't you see it in that the elegant lift of its head, the refined and balanced posture when it is standing? Ninetales is the most deserving of the title of most beautiful Pokemon.
-
Absol
Absol is a Dark-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is known for its ability to sense disasters, which has led to its reputation as a harbinger of misfortune. Absol gained a Mega Evolution in Pokémon X and Y, as well as in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
Absol is undoubtedly the most stunning Pokémon. It boasts crystal-white fur complemented by dark blue horns, claws, and a tail. It rightfully deserves the top spot on this list.
Absol isn't just about beauty. It's a kind-hearted Pokémon that warns both people and other Pokémon of impending disasters and dangers. If tamed, it becomes a loyal and caring companion. Its Mega Evolution, Mega Absol, is akin to a swan in its purity and beauty. This magnificent creature not only has pristine white fur but also deep navy blue horns and a tail. Unlike a normal Absol, it has wings! I'm puzzled as to why Absol ranks low on this list. It certainly deserves more recognition and admiration than it's currently getting.

Glaceon
Glaceon, known in Japan as Glacia, is an Ice-type evolution of Eevee, introduced in Generation IV. Glaceon evolves when Eevee is exposed to an Ice Stone or leveled up near an Ice Rock, depending on the game version.
Glaceon has shiny, innocent eyes, a nicely shaped body, and a perfect shade of blue. She is an Ice type that stands out together with Alolan Ninetales. She's naturally beautiful and kind of cute as well. Like, she's strong too, alright? She definitely deserves to be in the top ten. She is one of the Eeveelutions.
I love this Pokemon! In Eevee and Friends, its house was so beautiful with all the ice crystal structures. I also love Alolan Ninetales along with it, Gardevoir the second, and Lopunny the third. Glaceon's beautiful ribbon-like hair is truly beautiful. I don't know why Milotic is on top of that... it is not that beautiful.
-
Dragonair
Dragonair is so majestic and beautiful that someone could just faint from looking at her! The pearls make her even more stunning!
I think Dragonair is my second favorite Pokémon, behind Celebi!
Dragonair is just so slick. With its pearls, swirling head-wings, and slender body, it is the most mesmerizing Pokémon. Plus, it has a believable design. And with its pose and horn on its head, this Pokémon assures you that it is not something to be messed with.
I love Dragonair because it's elegant and powerful at the same time. The beautiful crystals on its body and the wings on its head make it my favorite Pokémon! Also, its voice gives me the chills, which I think makes it so beautiful!
-
Cresselia
Cresselia, known in Japan by the same name, first appeared in the fourth-generation games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It is a Legendary Psychic-type Pokémon with a graceful, swan-like appearance. Cresselia is associated with the moon and is considered the counterpart to the Dark-type Pokémon Darkrai.
She looks like a swan made out of gold. With the power of creating wonderful dreams, this Pokémon does deserve to be one of the top ten most beautiful Pokémon.
Look at the golden swan. She just looks like you could hop on and ride to paradise. She is adorable.
The shiny looks so adorable with the pale colors. I will never give up my Cresselia Pokémon card, even for the rarest card ever, as she is a sweetie to me. Also, this Lunar Pokémon already gets my vote for being the Lunar Pokémon.

Sylveon
Sylveon, known in Japan as Nymphia, is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It evolves from Eevee when leveled up with high friendship while knowing a Fairy-type move.
Sylveon was the first Fairy-type evolution of Eevee. Its design emphasizes affection and bonds with its trainer,... read more
I don't understand why so many people are saying that they hate Sylveon in the comments. I think Sylveon is a great Pokemon. I really like its bows and color scheme. I also like how it's part cat because the Bengal cat is my favorite real animal.
I love many Pokemon, but Sylveon is my favorite. If you hate Sylveon, that's fine, but you shouldn't be commenting here about it just to start a fight. As they say with food, don't yuck someone else's yum right in front of their face.
Many might think Sylveon isn't pretty, considering it overrated. However, I find Sylveon to be the prettiest Pokémon due to its ribbons and eyes. While I believe Gardevoir is unattractive, Dragonair, Glaceon, Absol, and Milotic all look decent and fancy. But to me, Sylveon is the best.
Some may label me an "Eevee fangirl" or think Sylveon appears too girly, but I don't share those views. Sylveon also plays a strong role in my team, capable of using moves like Moonblast, which is cool, and Draining Kiss, which simultaneously heals it and harms the opponent.
-
Meloetta
Meloetta is a Mythical Pokémon from the Unova region. It is a Normal and Psychic-type in its Aria Forme. When it uses the move Relic Song, it transforms into its Pirouette Forme, becoming a Normal and Fighting-type Pokémon and changing its appearance and stats.
Small but beautiful, you shouldn't judge people (or Pokémon) by their size. They could be pure beauty, and this proves it. Wouldn't anyone agree that she is pure beauty? I think she should have gotten #1.
Meloetta is my all-time favorite Pokémon. One look and I loved her. The way she looks, the way she sings, the gracefulness with which she battles... She deserves to be a fairy type.
Meloetta is so pretty! I think she should at least be in the top 5. I don't understand how Lapras is ranked higher. Plus, all her songs are so beautiful. I really like her Aria form too!

Terapagos
The source of the Terastal Phenomenon is so cute and beautiful, especially in its Terastal and Stellar Form!
It is so glittery and sparkly, as exemplified by its signature move: Tera Starstorm! Who wouldn't be captivated by that?

Espeon
Espeon, known in Japan as Eifie, was introduced in Generation II and is a Psychic-type evolution of Eevee. Espeon evolves from Eevee when leveled up with high friendship during the daytime.
In my opinion, Espeon deserves the number one spot. Her unique beauty truly sets her apart. She is not only beautiful but also strong and cute. Her distinctively long ears add to her charm, and her perfect shade of purple is mesmerizing. The glowing gem on her forehead enhances her fabulous beauty.
Espeon exudes elegance and majesty, resembling a true goddess. She manages to look mature while still retaining an undeniable cuteness and beauty. Espeon certainly merits a top-ten position, if not the number-one spot, even surpassing Gardevoir, who is merely decent in comparison.
To be honest, I think Sylveon has too much detail because of its feelers. Glaceon, on the other hand, is a bit too much for me. Espeon, however, doesn't have too much or too little detail. It looks mystical to me, and purple is also my favorite color. That orb makes it even prettier.
Espeon isn't too much for me, like Glaceon. And obviously, I don't think Gardevoir deserves to be number 1. I think Espeon should be.

Xerneas
Xerneas is a legendary Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It is the mascot of Pokémon X and is classified as the Life Pokémon.
Xerneas can share eternal life, a power it uses when the horns on its head shine in seven colors. When its life comes to an end, it releases life energy to... read more
With its rainbow-colored palette and being rated 10, Xerneas cannot be number 10! Why do people choose those bland, homogenous colors over attractive, heterogeneous colors, just like crystals of bismuth (Bi-210)? Or the flame test color of cesium? Xerneas has a combination of cesium, gold, francium, bismuth, and rhodium, and these elements are very rare! Also, its body resembles the brightness of xenon gas, surprisingly!
Xerneas is just so elegant and majestic. It certainly is the most beautiful! It radiates with color and light, much more than Milotic and Gardevoir. And it's also extremely powerful - it's rare to have everything, but Xerneas does!
-
Suicune
Suicune is a pure Water-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation II with the release of Pokémon Gold and Silver. It serves as the version mascot for Pokémon Crystal. According to the Pokédex, Suicune has the power to purify dirty water wherever it travels.... read more
Honestly, for some reason, I love Water types. But this one is beautiful! I love the fact that she is a member of the Tao Trio, which makes me love her even more. Her flowing mane is like the ocean sparkling in the twilight sky. The patterns that run across her body are the color of clean sea foam. The teal fur that covers her is that perfect water blue (but it's not too blue).
This may be the most beautiful Pokémon. I mean, its mane is basically a river of minuscule diamonds, and, according to the Pokémon Ultimate Guide, "its heart is as pure as clear water." Now that's something you can appreciate.
-
Lapras
Lapras was first introduced in the original Pokémon Red and Blue games released in 1996. It is a dual-type Water and Ice Pokémon that is known for its gentle nature and intelligence. Lapras is often depicted ferrying people across bodies of water and has appeared in multiple games and the animated series... read more
How can this lovely, blue Pokémon be ninth? It's hard to imagine Glaceon is above Lapras. Gardevoir looks dumb and garish compared to the exquisite beauty of Lapras. Even the idea of its making is amazing. The base of a beautiful sea turtle, leading into a water dragon's head. I think it should be higher.
Everyone likes Gardevoir because it resembles a human, but Lapras doesn't look boring and original. Personally, I truly wish people liked Lapras more. At least it is one of the top ten.
Lapras has a good heart and is there for you if you need someone to surf with. I think Milotic and Lapras should be beautiful sea girlfriends.
-
Lopunny
Lopunny, known in Japan as Mimilop, is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Buneary when leveled up with high friendship. Lopunny can Mega Evolve into Mega Lopunny using the Lopunnite, which adds the Fighting type to its classification.
Lopunny is really more cute than she is pretty, but still a very beautiful Pokémon overall. I like how her ears are designed to look like pigtails, and her big pink eyes are very adorable. Plus, her soft patches of tan fur and her cutesy personality make her feel very feminine. Love ya, bunny girl!
I actually like Lopunny. A lot of people judge it on its looks, but seriously - this pretty rabbit can throw a punch. All that fluff hides the tough.
I love Lopunny, not only because she is strong but also because she's so cute and beautiful. Her fluffy yellowish-white fur mixed with brown is a total match!
-
Rapidash
Rapidash, known in Japan as Gallop, was introduced in Generation I and evolves from Ponyta starting at level 40. It is a Fire-type Pokémon known for its speed and flaming mane. Rapidash also has a Galarian form introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield, where it is a Psychic/Fairy-type.
Although I like Galarian Rapidash better, it's not on the list, and Rapidash is still beautiful in its own way. Its flowing, fiery mane complements its fur, and the fact that it burns people it doesn't trust makes sure no one can control it.
I love the flames coming out of its head. Ponyta was adorable, but it evolved into something mystic and majestic. Look at the flames and the way it runs! I also love the horn.
Rapidash is definitely very mystic and beautiful with its fire mane and horn.
-
Alolan Ninetales
Alolan Ninetales is one of the most respectable and majestic Pokémon I have ever seen, other than the beautiful Xerneas and Suicune. This Pokémon was the first one I ever collected, meaning it's closer to my heart, other than just being super pretty and majestic.
Compared to Ninetales as an Ice type, she looks so beautiful and cute, to be honest. She looks like she could go pass through a blizzard with her powers. I can imagine how brave she would be, and pretty and strong.
Wow, Alolan Ninetales is so graceful and pure. I like ice types, especially Alolan Ninetales. It's pure, graceful, beautiful, and powerful.
-
Froslass
Froslass, known in Japan as Yukimenoko, is an Ice and Ghost-type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. It evolves from a female Snorunt when exposed to a Dawn Stone. Froslass is inspired by the yuki-onna, a supernatural spirit from Japanese folklore.
Besides Milotic, Froslass is the most gorgeous Pokémon on this list, not taking into account that it's amazing. The only Ice and Ghost type in the game, and who can argue that those aren't two of the coolest types?
Sadly, Froslass is underrated, but she looks gorgeous. And who doesn't like Ice and Ghost types? I'd love to tell people who do that there is one, and that gorgeous one is Froslass. So, who dares say Froslass is ugly now?
Froslass is so pretty. She should be top 1. I mean, you have to admit. Her dress outfit is so pretty. Also, she is my second favorite. First is Piplup.
-
Leafeon
Leafeon, known in Japan as Leafia, is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is one of Eevee's eight possible evolutions. Leafeon evolves when Eevee is leveled up near a Moss Rock or exposed to a Leaf Stone, depending on the game.
I love Leafeon. Her eyes are beautiful! Imagine this thing running through the forest. Glaceon is just a plain old arctic fox. Leafeon is a mystical goddess with yellow that totally reminds me of the sun. The graceful body and the mystic creature appearance! Her leaves are what mainly makes her beautiful.
I have a female Leafeon on my team, and she is so strong. Go Leafeon!
Why is she so low on this list? She is lower than Sylveon, Glaceon, Espeon, and Eevee combined. This isn't fair. She deserves just as much attention as them. Imagine seeing her in a beautiful forest. Her eyes, her body, her leaves are just beautiful. Don't worry, Leafeon, even though you are underrated, you are my favorite Eeveelution.
-
Jirachi
Jirachi is a Steel and Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III with the release of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It is easily recognized by the star-shaped protrusions on its head and a third eye on its belly.... read more
Oh please, must I explain? Jirachi is honestly amazing! It is powerful, super cute, and beautiful. So graceful and stunning.
Jirachi is what makes this list bearable. Its design is overflowing with femininity.
I'm sorry, but I have nothing to say except she is just so cute. Just look into her eyes... Shouldn't she be in the top 10?
-
Ho-Oh
Ho-Oh, known in Japan as Houou, is a Legendary Pokémon species introduced in Generation II. It is the mascot of Pokémon Gold and is notable for its majestic, phoenix-like appearance. Ho-Oh plays a major role in Pokémon mythology and was the first Legendary Pokémon shown in the animated series, appearing... read more
Ho-Oh has prismatic wings, so it trails a rainbow behind it and is based on the beautiful, legendary creature, the phoenix. It's said that anyone who is lucky enough to see Ho-Oh is blessed with eternal happiness. Its desire to protect other Pokemon (as seen when it resurrected the legendary beasts) and to search for a pure-hearted trainer shows inner beauty as well.
Ho-Oh's beauty is far superior to any of those on this list. It's so magnificent that you cannot even fathom.
Ho-Oh is said to bring eternal happiness to anyone who sees it. That just proves it is beautiful.
-
Hatterene
I like Hatterene's soothing color palette. It goes well with the premise of her becoming aggressive around people or Pokémon with "loud" emotions. But, despite her violent tendencies, she still manages to be very elegant overall.
The silent Pokémon Hatterene with a witch-like style and adorable arms. I love this Pokémon so much. She is the big sister of Gardevoir. Love her!
I love her colors. They fit this Pokémon so much! She looks like a witch and a mermaid at the same time! Cute.
-
Virizion
Virizion, known in Japan by the same name, is a Legendary Pokémon species. It first appeared in the Generation V games Pokémon Black and White. Virizion is a Grass and Fighting-type Pokémon and is part of the Swords of Justice quartet along with Cobalion, Terrakion, and Keldeo.
I don't know why, but she's my favorite Sword of Justice. She should've had a bigger role in the movie.
She's my favorite member of the Swords of Justice besides Keldeo.
When Virizion is shiny, she is the most beautiful Pokemon ever.
-
Vaporeon
Vaporeon, known in Japan as Showers, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Eevee when exposed to a Water Stone. Vaporeon is known for its mermaid-like appearance and its unique ability to become invisible in water.
I personally only like three Eeveelutions, and Vaporeon is one of them. When I look for a Pokémon, the first thing I look for is beauty, so I have really grown close to her over the years. I personally think Sylveon, Flareon, and definitely Leafeon do not deserve to even be on the list.
Vaporeon is a Water-type. I love its cute face, ears, and tail, and it also has my favorite color, blue.
This is what I call an underrated Water Pokémon. Greninja is overrated.
