The Top Ten
1 Washington Washington is a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States located north of Oregon, west of Idaho, and south of the Canadian province of British Columbia on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. It is the only state named after a president.

The most beautiful state. While cold, it has the most beautiful places for rainforests, wildlife, and pretty much the most beautiful greenery you can imagine. I love the waterfalls. Watch Twin Peaks and you know what I’m saying. I used to live here and it was very beautiful.

Did you know Washington has more waterfalls than any other state?

2 California California is a state in the Southwestern United States. With 39.6 million residents across a total area of about 163,696 square miles (423,970 square kilometers), California is the most populous U.S. state and the third-largest by area. The state capital is Sacramento, and the largest city is Los Angeles.

The state I am currently living in. Trinidad is the most beautiful place ever. It has very beautiful rainforests and beaches. There are lots of birds here too. Very beautiful state in most parts.

I would have this as number one, until you consider air pollution and uproarious tourism flocks.

3 Hawaii Hawaii is the 50th and most recent state of the United States of America, receiving statehood on August 21, 1959.

10,000-foot mountains? Check.
2,000-foot waterfalls? Check.
Some of the world's best beaches? Check
Huge seaside cliffs? Check.
Great forests and Hiking trails? Check.
Amazing tourist destinations? Check.
Clear, transcalent oceans? Check.
Wide open spaces? Check.

The top three were all very close, but this is very beautiful. Hawaii has the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. The nature is great too.

4 Colorado Colorado is a state in the United States encompassing most of the Southern Rocky Mountains as well as the northeastern portion of the Colorado Plateau and the western edge of the Great Plains.

The rivers are so beautiful. Great place to visit.

5 New York New York is a state located in the Mid-Atlantic Region. New York was one of the original thirteen colonies that formed the United States. With an estimated 19.54 million residents in 2018, it is the fourth most populous state. In order to distinguish the state from the city with the same name, it is sometimes referred to as New York State.

Beautiful, just really crowded.

6 Maine Maine is located in the New England region of the northeastern United States. Known for its rugged coastline, it is the easternmost state in the contiguous U.S. Its capital is Augusta, while its largest city is Portland. Maine is famous for its maritime history, as well as its seafood cuisine, particularly lobster and clams. The state's economy also relies on tourism, especially in natural areas like Acadia National Park. The official state motto is "Dirigo," which means "I direct" in Latin. The state's nickname is the "Pine Tree State" due to its extensive forests. Maine became the 23rd state to join the Union on March 15, 1820.

Just look it up. One of the most beautiful states ever.

7 Oregon Oregon is a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Oregon is bordered on the west by the Pacific Ocean, on the north by Washington, on the south by California, on the east by Idaho, and on the southeast by Nevada.

A pretty enough state. The trees are great.

8 Vermont

Cold but pretty.

9 Montana Montana is a state in the Western region of the United States. The state's name is derived from the Spanish word montaña.
10 Alaska Alaska is a U.S. state situated in the northwest extremity of the Americas. The Canadian administrative divisions of British Columbia and Yukon border the state to the east; it has a maritime border with Russia to the west across the Bering Strait.

Way to cold but beautiful to see pictures of. It it was warmer it would be much higher.

Idaho has Towering mountains, Beautifull grass and farmland, Lakes, and wide-open spaces. It's underrated because it has such a sparse population and no national parks. Should be WAY higher up.

22 New Hampshire
