Top 10 Bravest Warrior Cats

These are the bravest warriors in my opinion. I have something written about every cat in my opinion.
The Top Ten
1 Ivypool Ivypool is a fictional character created by Erin Hunter for the Book series named Warrior Cats. Ivypool is a common silver-and-white tabby. She spied in the Dark Forest and has dark blue eyes. She is the sister of Dovewing and the kit of Whitewing and Birchfall. Her mate is Fernsong, and she is the... read more

Everybody always liked Ivypool's sister, Dovewing, but not her. Still, Ivypool did not give up and was loyal to all her clanmates, even Dovewing. Yes, Ivypool trained in the Dark Forest, but that was because of all the hurt, sorrow, and pain she was feeling.

When Jayfeather and Lionblaze asked her to be a spy in the Dark Forest, she agreed, even though it's probably the most dangerous place in all the world. All they do is kill. They trained everyone they could find to be evil, yet she was still brave enough to be a spy. If they found out she was a spy, bye-bye, Ivypool! Still, she was brave enough to do it. And she fought very bravely in the Great Battle. She is one of my favorite cats.

2 Firestar Firestar is a character in the Warrior Cats series. He becomes the leader of ThunderClan after Bluestar. He is mates with Sandstorm and has two kits: Squirrelflight and Leafpool. Formerly a kittypet named Rusty, Firestar is killed by fatal wounds inflicted by the spirit of Tigerstar and a falling tree... read more

Firestar can be a jerk at some points, but he is a brave cat. He never gave in, even when he was bullied because he was a kittypet. And now, the people who thought he smelled bad and was stupid look back to see how awesome he is. Firestar saved his Clan a lot.

But in books, you would usually think that the main character is the best, most awesome character, and you could easily see their point of view. Now that I read the second series, I see how Firestar can be annoying from other points of view. He's always saying he's tired and doesn't listen to other cats' full stories. I love him and I get teased about how much I like Firestar, but he had some hardships.

3 Cinderpelt A Medicine Cat from the book series Warriors by Erin Hunter, she is a small, fluffy, sleek, and soft-furred she-cat with a smoky dark gray coat and wide blue eyes. Initially, she started out as a Warrior apprentice but was forced to train as a Medicine Cat after a monster broke her leg on the Thunderpath... read more

Cinderpelt is a very brave cat in my opinion. When she had her crippled leg, she was willing to become a medicine cat and crush her dreams. Very brave in my opinion, just a different kind of brave.

She probably would've been one of the bravest warriors in ThunderClan if not for her crippled leg. And when an omen came, she thought it meant that Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight would destroy ThunderClan. She was wrong, yes, but she probably would've been the best medicine cat and maybe even fought a bit if it were true. She is one of my favorite cats.

4 Stonefur

What?! There wasn't Stonefur on the list until now?

Stonefur died like a true and loyal warrior. Tigerstar ordered Darkstripe and Blackstar to kill Stonefur. He made them do it! If Blackstar and Darkstripe didn't do it, Tigerstar would have killed them. I hate Tigerstar. Stonefur was a brave, kind, and highly skilled warrior. You can clearly see he had the courage and skill of Oakheart and Bluestar.

I can't believe he died at the paws of an unskilled warrior like Darkstripe, who needed help to kill a starving, beaten cat. Stonefur was so noble and strong. It would've been so easy to kill Graystripe's kits and save himself, but Stonefur was far too great to do that. It takes great courage to stand up to Tigerstar.

5 Yellowfang Yellowfang was a ThunderClan medicine cat in the original series of Warriors. She initially was a medicine cat from ShadowClan, but she was banished by her son, Brokenstar. She was then found by Firestar, who was then Firepaw, and brought into ThunderClan. Her last words were "Thank you for bringing... read more

Yellowfang is one of my favorite cats. She was brave enough to stand up to Brokenstar and say her true opinion of what he was doing. She also helped find some missing kits.

She was very, very brave in the fire. She killed Brokenstar herself, even though he was her son and she still loved him and had a place for him in her heart.

You rushed into the fire to save Halftail and Patchpelt, but sadly, none of them survived. Yellowfang was noble, died a noble death, and had a noble and brave heart.

6 Hollyleaf Hollyleaf was one of the rare, strictly loyal cats of ThunderClan.

Her birth broke the warrior code, and she killed Ashfur in fear of him revealing the truth over her family. She lived in the tunnels for a while, before rejoining ThunderClan. Hollyleaf was slain by Hawkfrost and spent her last... read more

I LOVE Hollyleaf! She will forever be my favorite cat! She was loyal to the code and exiled herself for killing Ashfur. She saved Ivypool THREE TIMES, one costing her life! I was devastated at her death. I don't know why there is so much hate on her!

Okay, she killed Ashfur, but every cat has killed a cat at least once in their life. Lionblaze killed Russetfur - why does no one talk about that? She is an AMAZING cat who deserves so much more! I was devastated at her death and I cried for ten minutes straight. She was the best cat ever and will forever be my favorite. May you rest in peace.

7 Dovewing Dovewing is a character in the Warriors series by Erin Hunter. She has pale gray fur with green, pr sky-blue, or pale gold eyes. Her first appearance is in the fourth arc, know as Omen of the Stars, in the book The Fourth Apprentice. She was part of the Power of Three, and her power was to hear and... read more

Dovewing is brave. She went to free the water when she was only an apprentice. She also listened to the Dark Forest and helped the Clans get information from them. She's my fourth favorite character. - Peachdusk of ThunderClan

This is about how brave Dovewing is, not how she sucks, how Ivypool sucks, or how Ivypool is good. Dovewing is a very brave cat. She went on a literal quest with warriors from another Clan when she was one moon into her apprenticeship. That is very brave.

She withstood the pressure of the prophecy and had major guts to own up to her Clan about what she did. She left them behind to give the best life possible for her children, and that's really admirable since no other cat did the same before. She's an extremely brave cat, and it confuses me when others think otherwise just because she had powers and a love triangle.

8 Bluestar Bluestar is a character in the Warrior Cats series. She was one of the leaders of ThunderClan. She broke the code by being mates with Oakheart of RiverClan and having her kits, Stonefur and Mistyfoot, and Mosskit. Stonefur and Mistyfoot live in RiverClan, while Mosskit died of hypothermia. She has a... read more

I know somebody might hate her because she gave up her kits to Oakheart and kind of stole Whitekit away, but think about it! She lost her sister, Mosskit, and her other kits. Whitekit was her only kin!

Bluestar was extremely brave. Can you imagine? An evil cat is about to destroy the Clan you love, but you just had your kits whom you love dearly. But you bravely decide to do what is best and give the kits to their father.

(And none of them die!) Can you believe it? Bluestar wasn't selfish! She was so, so brave!

Bluestar died saving ThunderClan from a pack of dogs that got loose in ThunderClan territory. As Fireheart led them toward the gorge, one of the dogs got Fireheart.

Bluestar saved him by pushing the dogs into the gorge.

9 Feathertail Feathertail is a fictional character created by Erin Hunter for the book series called Warrior Cats. She's a slender, silver-tabby she-cat with sky-blue eyes and a plump tail. She is the daughter of Silverstream and Graystripe, Stormfur's sister and Crowfeather's first love interest. She used to be... read more

Feathertail is my favorite character, always has been, always will be. She was so kind, caring, and loyal! Then she died because she sacrificed her life for Crowfeather, the boy she loved, who was an idiot for standing there while Sharptooth attacked him!

Feathertail was definitely the bravest.

-Moonsong, medicine cat of ThunderClan

How is she not higher on this list? Literally, Dovewing and Hollyleaf are beating her! What did Dovewing ever do? Feathertail, on the other hand, saved her littermates, the whole Tribe, and even strangers she barely knew - strangers who had captured her, strangers who were super annoying, but strangers who needed help.

She saw that they needed help, and when she saw her love, her best friend, in need, Feathertail didn't think. She just knew what she had to do. She was so brave and caring, and she put others above herself. That's why I admire her. May StarClan bless you, Feathertail.

10 WillowPelt

Great cat! She should have lived longer, and Firestar should have saved her. He had way more lives than she ever had. She saved her son and knew the risks she was taking. It's a shame that she never got to see her kits grow up and say, I am very proud of you!

Willowpelt was a very brave and loyal cat who deserves more recognition. There should be a book about her. She went through so much when Whitestorm died. She should have lived at least until they reached the lake or longer. It's just unfair how good warriors sometimes die too soon. Willowpelt will always be remembered in her Clan by her kits and grandchildren.

She was an awesome cat - my favorite, way better than Firestar, in my opinion. She would have made a great leader too. She died as a true leader or warrior should, heroically. But at least she is with her mate now, happy again and no longer in pain from her wounds. She will see her kits again one day, and one of her sons is already with her.

May StarClan light your path, Willowpelt. That stupid badger should have been killed so she could have her revenge. She was the bravest warrior cat yet, in my opinion. She was an awesome mother, and her kits were so upset by her loss. She is one of those cats who deserves her own book - Willowpaw.

The Contenders
11 Jayfeather Jayfeather is a character in the Warrior Cats series. He is part of The Three, along with Lionblaze and Dovewing, and has the power to read other cats' minds, emotions, and walk into other cats dreams, He was born blind. according to the Warrior Cats Wiki Jayfeather is a lean, mottled, pale gray tabby... read more

He helped save the kits from WindClan. He tried to save Flametail, which was really brave. He wasn't afraid to show his true personality, unlike most cats. He tried to kill foxes when he was a kit, which was brave, and he was the smallest of the litter.

He faced his destiny bravely, even when he didn't want to. He saved Lionblaze and Breezepelt from the sinking mud when he was blind. Jayfeather is the bravest cat when you really think about it because to be brave, you face your fears, and Jayfeather was the only cat who faced his fears.

12 Swiftpaw

Swiftpaw is the bravest of them all. Why should Cloudpaw, who is a less experienced apprentice than Swiftpaw, be made a warrior and not him? He had every right to be upset! Bluestar should've made him and Brightpaw warriors as well.

It's why I dislike Bluestar so much. I actually fell in love with Swiftpaw. I love him so much and was so sad when he died. Rest well in StarClan, my dearest love!

Whoa. Now wait a minute. Swiftpaw shouldn't be down here. If there's anything that describes Swiftpaw, it's brave.

Oh, and also I think Ivypool, Feathertail, Cinderpelt, Swiftpaw, Honeyfern, and Stonefur should be higher up on this list.

13 Badgerfang Badgerfang is a Warrior Cats character that appears in Yellowfang's secret. He was a fluffy black kit with a white stripe running down his face.

Badgerfang... you deserve that name with all of StarClan. The poor little thing should have still been Badgerkit! He fought so bravely at such a young age, and all he wanted was for Brokenstar to be proud of him. He didn't understand Brokenstar's evil, just that he would be the strongest warrior.

And he accepted death calmly, praising Stonefang for being a good mentor and just asking to be a warrior. The fox-dung that killed him should go to the Dark Forest! Badgerfang, know that all of ShadowClan loves and remembers you!

14 Honeyfern Honeyfern is a character in the Warriors series created by Erin Hunter. She is a pretty ginger she-cat. Her siblings were Molekit, Cinderheart, and Poppyfrost. Honeyfern's parents may be known as Brackenfur and Sorreltail. Honeyfern died young after being bitten by a deadly adder while saving Brairlight... read more

Imagine this: You're a cat hanging out with your crush, and a snake comes out of nowhere heading towards a litter of kits! Kits are in danger! Your mind flashes. You leap towards the snake and position yourself between it and the kits. You can barely hiss at it before you feel venom-filled fangs digging into your shoulder. And bam! You're in StarClan!

Would you have done that? Well, Honeyfern did! She just noticed the snake, the kits, the danger, and leaped to protect them. She didn't even think about the results! She's a brave, respectable cat, and she should be higher on this list! Go, Honeyfern!

15 Bristlefrost

She is my most favorite, bravest cat in Warriors history! She might have told on the codebreakers, but she was trying to be loyal. All the other people focus on the big warriors like Firestar and Bluestar as the saviors!

But Bristlefrost was the most brave, loyal, kind, intelligent, sweet - just all around the very best cat ever! I also love Rootspring and Shadowsight too, but Bristlefrost the most, of course. She died in a way so sad that it brought tears to my eyes. What a lovely future she would have had, like Gray Wing and his kits.

16 Lionblaze Lionblaze is a character in the Warrior Cats series. He is part of The Three, along with Jayfeather and Dovewing, and has the power of being undefeated in battle. However, the power if removed from him after the Clans are saved from the Dark Forest. Lionblaze is a broad-shouldered, muscular, bright,... read more

Hmm, Lionblaze. I think he was helped by his powers a lot, but that doesn't really mean he isn't brave. Also, before he even knew he had powers, he was super ready to go into a fight.

Even when he was a kit, he went with Hollykit and Jaykit (now Hollyleaf and Jayfeather) and tried to defeat the fox cubs. I know that was kind of stupid as well, but still brave!

Brave. Willing to fight, but only because of his power.

17 Graystripe Graystripe is a cat in a series Warrior Cats. He is named after the grey stripe that goes down his back. In the second book he falls in love with a cat named Silverstream. He is also friends with his childhood friend Firestar. He became mates with Millie who gave birth to their kits Blossomfall, Bumblestripe... read more

Knowing what it is like to lose all you have, your family not to mention, is hard. It happened to me... Silvermoon, now Silverstar. My dad died before I was born, and my mother died in front of me when I was a kit in the nursery.

I saw the ThunderClan warrior strike his last blow until my mother was lying motionless in front of me. After the battle, I was nursed by Sageheart. Knowing that I lost everything was the worst thing that happened to me.

I mean, he was brave because he risked his life for all the captured cats. But he more so just had to make some difficult choices, like whether to keep his kits in ThunderClan or take them to RiverClan.

Either way, he still deserves a place on this list.

18 Brightheart Brightheart is a character from Warriors by Erin Hunter. She is a white she-cat with ginger patches. As an Apprentice she got attacked by dogs and got half of her face torn off. Her mate is Cloudtail and her kits are Whitewing, Ambermoon, Dewnose, and Snowbush.

Brightpaw (Brightheart) knew it was a bad idea to follow Swiftpaw, and yet she still followed him to the end. The event traumatized her, watching her best friend practically get ripped to pieces by those StarClan-forbidden dogs. Yet, she still got back up again.

She got a horrible name, lost half her face, and looked hideous. But with Cloudtail's support, she got up and trained herself to be the best warrior she could be.

She literally looked for dogs as an apprentice, which was stupid. But she was an apprentice, so we can't blame her that much. Even though it scarred her (both emotionally and literally), she didn't let it ruin her life.

Go, Brightheart!

19 Spottedleaf Spottedleaf was a medicine cat under Bluestar's leadership in the forest territories. She was born as Spottedkit to Adderfang and Swiftbreeze alongside her littermates, Redkit and Willowkit. Initially, Spottedpaw was apprenticed to Thrushpelt; however, she decided to become a medicine cat with Featherwhisker... read more

I really thought her heroic death would have put her higher. Saving Frostfur's kits is a pretty brave thing to do, considering that they weren't even her kits or her sister's kits. Please vote for her so she can make it to at least the top ten. If she does, she definitely deserves her spot.

I also think the scene in Spottedleaf's Heart where she stands up to Thistleclaw and Mapleshade is pretty bold. Thanks to Spottedleaf, we have Firestar with a mate because she taught him how to love. She is definitely my favorite cat in WARRIORS!

20 Squirrelflight Squirrelflight is a dark ginger she-cat with forest-green eyes. She has one white paw, short legs, a torn ear tip, glossy fur, and a long, squirrel-like, bushy tail. She has a scar running from her chest to the top of her hind leg along her right flank. She is a cat in the series called Warrior Cats... read more

I get what you guys are saying, but just put yourself in her paws. She fell in love with Brambleclaw, but he wasn't seeing her point about Hawkfrost being untrustworthy. And her stupid, dumb sister, Leafpool, ran off and mated with Crowfeather (most random love story ever) and got pregnant (teen mom!).

She was fiercely loyal to her sister and took in the kits as her own. I guess it was wrong to lie to her mate, but she was still young. After Brambleclaw found out the truth, he totally dumped her without a second thought. But she was still strong and continued being the best warrior she could be, and eventually earned her well-deserved role as deputy. Now THAT'S what I call brave.

21 Ravenpaw Ravenpaw is a fictional character created by Erin Hunter for the book series Warrior Cats. He's a skinny, jet-black tom with a small white dash on his chest, greens eyes and a long, thing white tipped tail. He is shy, jumpy and nervous... read more

Ravenpaw is my favorite character in the Warrior Cats series because he is an amazing character and he looks like Simon, my cat. I love Ravenpaw so much. Ravenpaw should have been mentioned more in the series because a lot of people love him. I wish Erin Hunter could make more of Ravenpaw's Farewell so I could buy the book.

I agree Ravenpaw should be higher on the list. In my opinion, Ravenpaw is far better than Firestar. I hope in the future that Ravenpaw will get more votes. One day, Ravenpaw will be at the top of the list and stay there forever. Scourge shall be second in place.

22 Whitestorm Whitestorm is a fictional character in the Warriors novel series by Erin Hunter. He is a long-haired, sturdy, white tom with green eyes, and is known for his loyalty, wisdom, and calm demeanor. Whitestorm is a senior warrior of ThunderClan and has served as a mentor to many young apprentices. He is... read more

Best cat ever. Always there for his Clan.

I actually don't know why he's my favorite character.

Whitestorm was so awesome! He totally deserved to be deputy, and maybe leader! Could you imagine it? Whitestar?

If he didn't die, Greystripe would have never become Firestar's second deputy.

23 Scourge Scourge is a villain the Warrior Cats series. He's the leader of BloodClan. He was bullied by his siblings, Socks and Ruby, in the past because he was the smallest out of his kin. One of his most notable features is his collar of dog teeth. Scourge is a small black tom with one white paw, ice-blue eyes,... read more

Scourge was extremely brave. Anyone who hates him, I don't expect you to deny it. He fought off a dog more than eight times his size. He stood up for himself against Brokenstar. He stood up for himself against Tigerstar.

He fought for his Clan just so they could live in the forest and have a better life. He risked his life countless times for his Clan. So if you hate him just because he is evil, maybe you should think about if he really is. All you Scourge haters judged him too soon with no understanding. I am hurt by the things you have said about him.

He relates to me as I am unusually small but am a little bit edgy and plotting revenge on bullies. My siblings don't treat me well, so half of the things you say affect me. You aren't bullying him. You're hurting me. As a matter of fact, you're acting like Tigerstar. So stop.

24 Crowfeather

Crowfeather is amazing! I love how he stands up to Breezepelt in The Last Hope and how, despite not sharing with others, he knows his faults. There's so much more I could say about how incredible of a character this guy is. AHHHH, why did we get so much Stormfur during The New Prophecy when we could have had more Crowfeather? (Though he's more awesome later on, but still!)

I'm not sure if it's bravery, recklessness, or just pure awesomeness, but I love how he deals with his ridiculous leader, Onestar, and how he stood up for OneWhisker in Starlight (they're different people, you know!).

25 Millie Millie is a character in the Warriors series. She's a small, short-furred light gray tabby with blue eyes and a torn ear. Also current mate of Graystripe and mother of Bumblestripe, Blossomfall and Briarlight.

It's not often you see a kittypet joining a clan, now, eh? *thinks back to Rusty* Well, it happens sometimes. She was instantly like a warrior when Graystripe showed her the skills. She has something related to a warrior. It just has to be!

Millie was brave even to try and be a newcomer in a place she didn't know. Brave doesn't mean you fight in battles. It means that you try. And Millie tried her best to fit in.

She is so brave! She started as a random cat saving Graystripe from an attack and ended up being his mate!
