Top 10 Best Cartoon Moms in Kids Cartoons
In celebration of Mother's Day I think its time that we look back at the some of the best and memorable cartoon moms from kids cartoon shows which means mothers from adult cartoon shows will not be on the list and also no anime moms as well as animated movie moms.Acts as the voice of reason and basically the breadwinner of the family Trudy does a far better job of acting as a parent then Oscar a lot of times calling out Penny on some of her actions such as in the episode "Hip Hop Helicopter" where she discusses with Penny how disappointed she was with the very revealing outfits she and her friends were wearing while on the Hip Hop Helicopter show and that she shouldn't try to speed up the process of growing up by wearing clothes that are too revealing for her age.
I just love Trudy she's an amazing mom who is far better and understanding as a parent then Oscar.
Trudy:
- Very Motherly.
- Very understanding.
- NEVER hits her children when they did something wrong.
I love Trudy. Something about her reminds me of my aunt.
Lois may be a terrible parent, but she's not as worst as Peter.
But Family Guy isn't for kids...
A very dedicated mother to her 11 kids and Rtia will be the first to admit she's not a perfect parent as seen in the episode "Write and Wrong" and in her own words "I'm not a perfect parent, I try to do my best and some days are great but some days are more then I can handle, parenting is my favorite job but its also the hardest"
As much as I agree that Marge is one of the best cartoon moms she really doesn't fit with this lists criteria as this list is for moms from kids cartoons as The Simpsons is more of an cartoon for adults.
Very underappreciated mother character whose just an amazing mother whose there for kids and there to give very useful advice to Ginger and is also a good mother to Carl even though he can be a handful most of the time.
I strongly disagree she's hardly a bad mother and even though her wanting to move Bobby and Ronnie Anne to the city without telling them may be seen as a bad thing but considering that she's a single mother raising two children and works as a nurse at the hospital leaving them alone most of the time she was only doing what she felt was a good thing by moving them to the city so they can be with their extended family and that they can be looked after while she's at work, and she does take Ronnie Anne's feeling into account and almost decides not to move them until Ronnie Anne changes her mind.
About one of the few positive people in Zuko's life, who showed a lot more love and kindness to him then his father Ozai and upon learning that Zuko's grandfather Firelord Azuoln had ordered Ozai to kill him Ursa helped her husband to poison him and Ozai would take over as the new fire lord and Zuko's life would be sparred of course this also resulted in Ursa being banished
Susan:
- Nagging Jake to take care of Hailey.
- Accuses Jake for something he didn't do wrong.
- Nice (Sometimes).
One of the most underappreciated cartoon moms of all time, aside from ruining a cargo delivery service Rebecca is also a detected single mother possibly the best example of her devotion to her daughter Molly is in the episode "Her Chance to Dream"where she desperately wanted to stay with a ghost captain William Stansbury and be happy until Baloo brings up that her daughter Molly is waiting for her back home Rebecca realizes her daughter is more important then even her dreams she finishes exorcising the ghosts spirit and returning everything to normal.
Though she does tend to cry a lot over the littlest thing she's still a pretty good mother.
Remember that time when Maggie Pesky unwillingly had sex with her adoptive uncle inside this old lady's brain?
I love Nancy green from big city green's
The original 1991 incarnation - A greatly developed character who challenges traditional gender stereotypes.
The reboot incarnation - Just the dictionary definition of "lesbian stereotype".
She's pretty hilarious.
