Top 10 Cartoons that Use Dark Humor/Comedy

Cartoons that either focus on or generally center on dark comedy. Some cartoons honestly do this better then others. While some not as good as others. I'm not ranking them but which ones are better but rather but which ones use the most dark humor.

It does dark comedy so well that it's impossible to not laugh along with it.

2 Rick & Morty Rick and Morty is an American adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Adult Swim.

This one's kind of a yes and a no depends on the episode.

4 Aqua Teen Hunger Force Aqua Teen Hunger Force is an American animated sitcom created by Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro for Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim.

Like a lot of other entries depends on the episode.

5 Robot Chicken Robot Chicken is an American stop motion sketch comedy television series, created and executive produced by Seth Green and Matthew Senreich along with co-head writers Douglas Goldstein and Tom Root for Adult Swim.

Before I get comments that stock motion isn't animation let me clarify this. Both stock motion and animation involve animating a object the only real difference being the speed of how it moves.

6 Big Mouth Big Mouth is an American adult animated sitcom created by Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett featuring teens based on Kroll and Goldberg's upbringing in Westchester County, New York, with Kroll voicing his fictional self.

Not a fan of this show but the humor can be somewhat dark.

7 Brickleberry Brickleberry is an American adult animated television sitcom that aired on Comedy Central from 2012 to 2015. The series was created by Waco O'Guin and Roger Black and executive produced by O'Guin, Black, and comedian Daniel Tosh.

The humor's somewhat dark at times.

8 Drawn Together Drawn Together is an American adult animated sitcom which ran on Comedy Central from October 27, 2004 to November 14, 2007. The series was created by Dave Jeser and Matt Silverstein, and uses a sitcom format with a TV reality show setting.

Almost kind of rivals South Park with the dark humor used throughout most of it's run.

I never got why this was cancelled. Its 24631457th rerun still was much viewed.

9 The Cleveland Show The Cleveland Show is an American adult animated sitcom created by Seth MacFarlane, Richard Appel, and Mike Henry for the Fox Broadcasting Company as a spin-off of Family Guy.

Horrible to sit through but it can resort to dark humor at times.

But unlike the other's it's not really funny when it tackles dark humor.
