  1. Legolas Greenleaf (The Lord of the Rings)

    In all three movies, the only times his shots failed were when Gandalf blocked them using magic and when one passed through the King of the Dead. He also once hit an orc but didn't manage to kill him.

    Besides, he is also skilled with his daggers. LEGOLAAS!

    So cool. Definitely my favorite Lord of the Rings character. I am desperate to be an elf now.

    Legolas's character is lame, but he should be first because of his skill.

    Oliver Queen should be the #1 guy because I don't remember Hawkeye being able to survive on an island for five years, which happened to have tons of highly trained soldiers with guns.

    He is a skilled archer and fairly decent with hand-to-hand combat. He also has great character depth and a few very skilled proteges to boot.

    After watching five seasons of Arrow, it totally proves Green Arrow is better than Hawkeye.
