First of all, I like pokemon that look like canidae, and Lucario is no exception. Second, Lucario is just the best canid pokemon. In my opinion, Lucario isn't just the pokemon with the best design, it's the best pokemon of all time in my opinion.

3 Giratina
Giratina is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Created by Ken Sugimori, Giratina first appeared in the video games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, but gained prominence in the sister game, Pokémon Platinum, which it was made the mascot of. What else can you say other than it's an absolutely monstrous looking shadow dragon?

12 Skuntank
Skuntank (Japanese: スカタンク Skutank) is a dual-type Poison/Dark Pokémon introduced in Generation IV of the Pokémon series. It is categorized as the Skunk Pokémon and it evolves from Stunky. Skuntank is known for its noxious fluid which smells dreadful. It can spray this fluid over 160 feet, and the longer it allows the liquid to ferment within its body, the more powerful the smell. It sprays this fluid by opening its tail tip and shooting from it, and it also fires projectiles from moves such as Acid Spray from its tail. Skuntank is a great looking skunk Pokémon. The fact that it has a cat like face (even though I don't really like cats) is a neat reference to skunks being called polecats. Also, its simple purple, tan, and orange coloring is another good design choice.
