The pokemon company knows that there isn't any competition, so this means pokemon games don't need to be good anymore. Little kids are gonna beg their parents to buy the new games for them anyway because they don't know the difference between a game that has effort put into it and a game that was hastily shoved out onto shelves in less than a year
