    Better accuracy at range than a Battle Rifle.

    Four shots can take an enemy down easily.

    It is better than all loadout weapons and is a beast in Infection.

  2. Battle Rifle

    The Battle Rifle is easily the most effective firearm in the series because it delivers rapid fire, great accuracy, and decent damage. While my favorite is the Halo 3 AR, this is much more effective.

    The Battle Rifle is the best all-round weapon.

    Best gun ever.

  3. Spartan Laser

    One shot is effective against a Banshee and a Hunter.

    Nothing can survive a direct hit from this gun.

    This gun is just pure epic.

  4. SMG

    Beastly when dual-wielded, can kill a Brute in 9 seconds.

  5. Sniper Rifle

    The Sniper Rifle is the best gun ever invented in the whole UNSC history.

    One shot will kill a Hunter from the back.

  6. Assault Rifle

    Most versatile and deadly weapon if you use it correctly. It can outgun SMGs at some ranges, and with burst fire it can compete with DMR users. Best starting gun, and the best and most iconic gun in the series.

    Most versatile gun, and most iconic. It can be used at literally all ranges if used correctly. Easily the deadliest if you have skill.

  7. Shotgun

    Dude, the Shotgun is most effective against the Flood. Boom, the Flood are dead.

    Can kill an Elite in two shots, also a Brute.

    This thing is my baby.

  8. SOCOM Pistol

    Very effective against Jackal snipers.

  9. Magnum

    People forget how much power the original Magnum had from CE. With that pistol you were in any fight. Be up close melee, shotguns, or taking out a sniper.

    Most versatile weapon ever, and the best.

    P.S. The DMR sucks. It is a weak version of the Battle Rifle.

    Fast, not powerful, but good for headshots.

    I know you guys will think this should be number 1, but it's a bit horrible at landing shots.

    Come on. This weapon is so much better than the DMR. Sure, it's horrible if you don't know how to use it, but for those annoying Jackals with their shields, all you need is ammo, health, luck, and accuracy.
