More than just a updated version of the orginal but improved on it and fixed a lot of problems from the orginal now you can upgrade your sail and move a lot faster not only that but it moves the wind in whatever direction your facing no longer having to repeatedly bring out the wind waker every time you need to change the direction of the wind while at sea. - egnomac
