Top 10 NBA Rookies of the 2019-2020 Season

The Top Ten
1 Ja Morant Temetrius Jamel "Ja" Morant is an American professional basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association.

With Mike Conley gone, JA will help to show his talent and bounce with counterpart Jaren Jackson Jr, on a team without a veteran leader.

I personally got Ja winning ROY. He is amazing.

2 Zion Williamson Zion Lateef Williamson is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association.

Possibly the most hyped rookie since LeBron, he put up huge numbers in the preseason. Despite his injury to start the season, his talent should help him to recover quickly in the NBA landscape.

Oops, hold that thought.

3 RJ Barrett

The major piece on a mediocre Knicks team should have ample chances to succeed, if he can avoid bad shooting percentages and the Curse of James Dolan

4 Darius Garland
5 Tyler Herro

A dark horse for rookie of the year, he dazzled in the preseason, and could be a major asset to the heat and a side piece to jimmy butler

6 Rui Hachimura

Rui could be a huge part of a team without John Wall. If everything goes well, he could be a second option scoring to Bradley Beal.

7 Coby White

An underrated talent at North Carolina, he has dazzled in preseason play. If he contributes his production in the regular season, he could be a major part of the bulls “dunk city”

8 Jaxson Hayes

Primed to be a key member of a playoff contending team. The only question is his role compared to Derrick Favors

9 Cam Reddish

A spot up shooter with an underwhelming career at duke... He needs to be groomed and developed by the hawks, and if he is, he could have an overwhelming successful career.

10 De'Andre Hunter

A huge defensive piece alongside Trae Young and John Collins, he may prove himself on the offensive end as well.

The Contenders
11 Sekou Doumbouya
12 Nassir Little
13 Kendrick Nunn
14 Eric Paschall
15 Brandon Clarke
16 Carsen Edwards
