Nicest Pixar Villains

Pixar has one of the greatest villian rosters I've ever seen in movies. Most of them are incredibly developed and interesting, as not all of them are cold-blooded terrorists, and most pixar villians' motivations are justifiable to an extent. So which are the nicest Pixar villians? Let's find out.
The Top Ten
1 Phillip Sherman (Finding Nemo)

Without a doubt the least evil villain in Pixar history, if "evil" at all. Even though he DID kidnap Nemo, Sherman himself actually just wanted the best for him. From his perspective, he rescued Nemo because he thought that he was having trouble at survival at the coral reef, so he rescued him and brought him to his aquarium at his office. Even personality-wise, he's no annoyance. He seems to do his job as a dentist quite decently and he cares for his fish by providing a clean aquarium, and when it does get dirty, he tries everything to clean it. He's really just an average guy.

This guy barely qualifies as a villain if at all

2 Big Baby (Toy Story 3)

Big Baby is mostly just following orders, this time from Lotso, whom we know is one of the most evil Pixar villians. Big Baby mostly just does what he does as the second in-command of Sunnyside because Lotso manipulated him into thinking their owner Daisy replaced them. In the end he does reform as well, so I can't put him any lower.

3 Bruce (Finding Nemo)
4 Gabby Gabby (Toy Story 4)

Gabby happens to be a bit on the crossroads between good and evil, but all in all she is definitely leaning onto the nice category of antagonists, simply because in the core she's a good character. All she wants is Woody's voicebox because her is broken, so that she can be loved by a kid. However she also resorts to violence when it comes to getting the voice box, but once she isn't loved by the kid she wants to be with, she offers her voicebox back. Overall she isn't an angel but she's still deep down a good character.

5 Darla Sherman (Finding Nemo)

I mean Darla is just a little kid, who seems to have a fanatic obsession with fish. She's lower than her uncle Phillip because unlike him she does actually have blood on her hands, having killed numerous fish, but at the same time you need to remember that she's just a little kid who doesn't really know how to behave and take care of fish. Obviously Phillip is more of an angel but Darla isn't a monster either really.

6 Sid Phillips (Toy Story) Sid Phillips is a fictional character in the Toy Story franchise. He serves as the primary antagonist of the original Toy Story film.

Sid from the very first Toy Story movie is also a bit of a tricky character for this list, because his behaviours are both totaly justifiable and irredeemable. He didn't know toys were alive, and because he grew up in an uncaring family, blowing up toys was the best he could do to keep him entertained. But don't forget though that he has a very sadistic personality when it comes to handling his toys (and others), and has frequent temper tantrums. I mean even if you didn't think toys were alive, I don't think you'd laugh like a psychopath when you're about to blow'em up. For this reason I put him at #9.

I mean, he's just trying to be creative. Modding toys is more common than it was in 1995, so I'd give Pixar points.

7 Auto (Wall-E)

Similarly to Big Baby, Auto is mostly just following orders. Now, Auto is a bit of a tricky character because it's essentially just an AI who's following orders. The reason he doesn't want to get back to Earth is simply because he is following orders. However we must also remember that he nearly killed Wall-E and EVE just so that they wouldn't interfere, so honestly I'd still put him somewhere here high up on the list.

8 Johnny Worthington III (Monsters University)

Johnny Worthington is more of a jerk and popular high-school kid than an actual threat, so obviously he's on here. The worst thing he did was humiliate Oozma Kappa but even then it's typical high-school kid behaviour.

9 Jackson Storm (Cars 3)

Jackson Storm is like Worthington more or less just a bully, moreso than an actual threat, in that he taunts the older generation of cars. However unlike Worthington, he's more manipulative and there have been occasions when he resorted to actual violence, but it's not enough for him to be necessarily evil.

10 Chick Hicks (Cars)

Now we're transitioning from the relatively harmless villians to the guys who are actually a threat. Chick Hicks is the least of these types of villians, because really when you look deep, he's also technically just a bully, like Worthington and Storm. However unlike those guys, Chick Hicks actually resorts to violence at almost every time he can, and even nearly killed Strip Weathers. For this reason, he can't be any higher than those two guys.

The Contenders
11 Acer (Cars 2)
12 Jangles the Clown (Inside Out)

This is just an imagination inside of Riley's head. Not only that, but he unintentionally helps the protagonists of the movie. So...

He was only in like one part and did like nothing

13 Te Ka (Moana)
