Best Designed Gen 2 Pokemon
Gen 1 and 2 are usually the ones that are known to have the best pokemon, I personally prefer Gen 2.
It looks absolutely terrifying, very worthy of the typing it was given. I could see this having a 3rd form that looks like a Cerberus.

It is a Bug - Steel type, and was first introduced in the Gen 2 games (Gold and Silver) in 1999. Well, they managed to make an amazing looking pokemon look even cooler. The metallic coating of it and the fact that it's blades are replaced with claws make it look even more awesome than before.
Umbreon, known in Japan as Blacky, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. The best looking eeveelution so far. The simplicity and slightly mysterious air about it make it a really well designed pokemon in general
I really like the theme of this one, that being some sort of tribal bird. The color palette is especially striking.

Skarmory, known in Japan as Airmd, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. For a design that's essentially noting more than bird that is metal, they did an extremely good job of making it look unique and interesting.
Ho-Oh, known in Japan as Houou, is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I find this to be what Moltres should have looked like. This is just such a beautiful and majestic pokemon.

Tyranitar, known in Japan as Bangiras, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. I personally don't like this design as much as most people, but it definitely looks cool.
One of the best humanoid pokemon, as it looks more human than most of the ones made to resemble humans. I find it to be a very cute design in general as well.
