1 Frank Gorshin as the Riddler (1960s Show)

The best performance of any Batman villain. Mr. Gorshin had everything: charm, intimidation, creativity, humor, he even sang a Riddler song (it was amazing! )

2 Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn (Suicide Squad)

Her performance was outstanding. Like Frank Gorshin she was hired to play a goofy character and instead of just being silly Margot Robbie made Harley more interesting than she's ever been. She's talented, can act incredibly well, and is the funniest.

3 Liam Neeson as Ra's al Ghul (Batman Begins)

Brilliant, fantastic performance.

4 Jared Leto as the Joker (Suicide Squad)

Super fun, goofy.

5 Burgess Meredith as the Penguin (1960s show)

Danny DeVito was great, but Mr. Meredith's the best Penguin role.

His performance was talented, unique.
