Both Steve and Dora are the dumbest but to me, I think Steve is better than Dora because he is less dumber then her but let's move on.

2 It's focused on making new things

Blue the Blue Dog makes Clues and all he says is "Bo" but I think Steve adopted a smart blue dog. There was 1 episode (I think) that how the 3 clues how to make a music maker thing and makes 'DING' when the wind is making them touching themselves

3 Steve himself is a real human

Forget with a Cartoon drawings, lets add Steve as a real human himself.

4 Steve has comedy

Dora's comedy is 1%
