I remember a game when the team was not playing well. Even the fans were booing. I was in the North Bank, about the fourth row, and shouted to Henry, "Can't you do something to shut these idiots up?"

Next thing you know, he scores two goals and shouts back, "How's that? Will that do?" I laughed and shouted back, "It's a start. We may need another." But there was a big grin on my face.

Henry always put a smile on my face when he played. He also never gave up. He had the right temperament, the right attitude, and the right foot for the job - even when it was his left!

Like an electric water bug skimming around the pitch, he was always able to find the better shooting angle. So much fun when the ball was at his feet!

  2. Dennis Bergkamp

Dennis Nicolaas Maria Bergkamp is a Dutch former professional footballer. He was previously the assistant manager to Frank de Boer at Ajax but left the role in December 2017 following a coaching reshuffle. Dennis helped me fall in love with Arsenal. I love Henry, but he wasn't original. Talented, yes, but still an ordinary forward. Dennis had extreme intelligence, ball control, and athleticism.

He always got the ball where he wanted it - whether it was a diving header pass in front of the goal, or a brilliant 360 move against Newcastle. His vision and weight of passing were incredible.

He did things no one had ever seen before and shaped Arsenal into their Invincibles squad, alongside Wenger. An underrated legend.

Bergkamp had the skills, the dribbling, the passing, and the shooting. I'm not surprised that he is a 90-rated FIFA Legend.

Definition of Arsenal: Favored and Excellent.

Patrick Vieira is a French former professional footballer and current head coach of New York City FC. He played as a midfielder and captained both Arsenal and the French national team. Vieira won the 1998 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2000 with France.

I think he controlled play better than any other Arsenal player, and he really helped the team because he had very good leadership.

It may be too early to say for sure, but Ozil may end up being the best player to ever play for Arsenal.

He signed a new contract until 2021. By that time, he'll be known as an Arsenal legend. Mark my words.

The most talented player is reaching his peak.

The kind of hardman center-halves that are missing from today's game. Also, a fantastic leader. If we had him and Sol Campbell back in the lineup, our defensive worries would be history.

Mr. Arsenal! He stayed with us his entire career like a true footballer, and he is just the defender we need today.

My favorite player of all time. His dribbling, passes, penalties, and not to mention crosses were legendary!

No way that Ozil should be ranked higher than Alexis. Without Alexis, this current Arsenal team would be nothing. He is the heart and soul of this team.

Alexis is one of the best football players in the world. Alexis Sanchez sometimes doesn't play well, but even Eden Hazard doesn't always perform. In my opinion, Sanchez is better.

  17. Cesc Fàbregas

No. 8? What? Number 2! No one else that Arsenal has ever had possesses the vision that this boy has in passing - almost everything. I agree that Henry is number 1. Nobody comes close to him. Pires and Vieira should also be higher up.

Cesc Fabregas should at least be number 2. He is the best passer in the world, and I agree that Henry is up there. But the player with the most vision doesn't deserve to be in 12th place. He started being captain at age 20, which is impressive.

Golden Boy award at age 19. Captain when he turned 20. The best creative midfielder that Emirates Stadium has ever seen. Miss you, Fabregas. True Gooner!
