Top 10 Worst Super Smash Bros. Final Smashes

The Top Ten
Peach Blossom (Peach)

This Final Smash is easily the worst of the bunch in all three games it appears in (Brawl, 3DS, and Wii U, to be exact). It doesn't do any damage, it can easily backfire and help your opponents, and it just isn't that interesting. The fact that this wasn't replaced by something else (i.e., the Vibes from Super Princess Peach) in Smash 4 is sad. At least the runner-up, the Konga Beat, is much easier to use in that game and can actually serve the purpose of a Final Smash.

Peach is my main, but I find her Final Smash dreadful. It's so easy to avoid, and if you are still awake, you can eat the peaches. I would have liked something from Super Princess Peach.

Konga Beat (Donkey Kong)

Absolutely terrible. It hardly does anything at all. Just anything besides this. First off, it is nearly impossible to use. I hate this Smash.

Even if you know how to use this Final Smash, it still sucks. How is Rocket Barrel Barrage on here? It's probably the second-best.

It's too easy to avoid, and it barely does enough damage.

Cook Kirby (Kirby)

It does suck up a large area, but it also sucks up all the items too! Great job, Kirby, at being bad at life.

It does nothing. All it does is 10% damage, and it doesn't KO you at all. It sucks.

Puff Up (Jigglypuff)

Jigglypuff is overrated. And did you know that this Final Smash can knock off team members, even if team damage is turned off?

Stupid! If you get KO'd by Jigglypuff's Final Smash, then we seriously need to talk about your future Smash Bros. career.

It only does 17% in SSB4! Plus, Jigglypuff was a terrible idea in general!

Rocketbarrel Barrage (Diddy Kong)

I know why this stinks. When I played Brawl, you just keep flying around aimlessly. It makes no sense at all!

Iceberg (Ice Climbers)

Just gains damage and freezes you. This Final Smash deserves to go to those stupid Ice Climbers. I have never died from this Final Smash ever!

Works better on small stages but can be easily avoided on large stages.

This makes it hard to even move around...

Negative Zone (Luigi)

It's fun to do, but let's face it, Luigi has to do the entire dance before attacking. I'm glad he got a new one.

Waddle Dee Army (King Dedede)
Power Star (Rosalina & Luma)

Too easy to dodge. Just stand at the edge or on the other side of the stage. Watch for Rosalina and follow the steps.

Power Suit Samus (Zero Suit Samus)

Let's have Zero Suit Samus transform into Samus, who's somehow a worse fighter!

Her Final Smash is just putting on clothes. Great job, Nintendo. *facepalm* Nintendo, why?

While Samus gets a cool laser beam, ZSS just puts her suit back on and does minimal damage and knockback.

The Newcomers

? Daisy Blossom (Daisy)

At this rate, we might as well have the rightful top-ranked entry of this list, Peach Blossom, be switched into Peach/Daisy Blossom since they are the same completely useless Final Smashes in Smash Ultimate! They just slow down time and make Princess Peach the most overhyped Mario character with her stereotypical voice and diva personality. There's no difference between Peach Blossom and Daisy Blossom, except that Princess Peach's sense of fashion (pink-based flowers and peaches - get it?! Because it is her first name) is replaced by Princess Daisy's (because the giant peaches - no pun intended - are replaced by big daisies, hence her name).

Landmaster (Falco, Fox)

Really? You could've had him call the rest of the Star Wolf team and blow stuff up, but no! He has to have a Landmaster because the other Star Fox characters do. Ugh...

Wii Fit (Wii Fit Trainer)
Shadow Mario Paint (Bowser Jr.)
Wario-Man (Wario)

I hate Wario already because...you know. But the Final Smash literally just changes his appearance. It does nothing else.

Grenade Launcher (Snake)
Dream Home (Villager)
Super Sonic (Sonic)

Very hard to control if you want to hit someone on a large stage.

Volt Tackle (Pichu)

Like Super Sonic, but much more awkward to control and less damaging.

Infernal Climax (Bayonetta)
Galaxia Darkness (Meta Knight)

Meta Knight's Final Smash does some good knockback, but do you know what sucks? His Final Smash is way too easy to dodge.

End of Day (Olimar)
Mario Finale (Mario)

Its only real use is to edgeguard, and it's pretty weak and overall, just boring. Since the release of Mario Odyssey, I'd much prefer to see Cappy.

PK Starstorm (Lucas)

Yeah, I know, I know a lot of people say otherwise, but PK Starstorm is definitely the easiest to avoid and still doesn't do that much.
