This one is understandable in times of stress. I know that for a fact, as when I get under stress, I sometimes get the constant pressure to do whatever I'm trying to do without flaw. Sometimes when I'm doing work under pressure and I make a simple mathematical mistake, it feels like everything falls apart. But in noticing that I'm beating myself up, I just do my best to relax and get a fresh start. Because nothing in this world is flawless. I've known people who try to do everything completely perfectly, and the result of that is quite the opposite of what they perceive. Mistakes and anomalies are all a part of it; they have to know that they can't be rid of them.
