I'm surprised/astonished that there isn't any 24 hour video observation for both the seas/oceans & the surface, observation videos would reveal things that aren't of the ordinary, the videos would inform everyone collectively & protect themselves from beings/entities who have been through this world eons longer than Man, people collectively would prepare themselves for any scenario/situation regardless of who or what they are even if they are transparent/translucent yet anyone's cat/dog sees "them", the average person should know & understand what surrounds them even if those persons are from dimensions that collide with our world on a day to day basis fulfilling "survival of the fittest" for the omen that it is.
