Rock can cut a promo anytime, anywhere, and say anything he wants. The Rock is great at anything you can possibly do in wrestling.

Y2J is the best on the mic. He was the most clever, intelligent talker in WWE. Nobody can match his mic skills. I think Stone Cold and CM Punk came close to him. John Cena is in third place because all the kids voted for him. The Rock stands in first place due to his fans and popularity, but his repeated catchphrases are boring. CM Punk is only effective when he is a heel. Stone Cold is the next closest to him. WWE did not utilize him correctly, always making him lose.
