The Top Ten
1 The Undertaker Mark William Calaway (born March 24, 1965), better known by his ring name The Undertaker, is an American semi-retired professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he has worked since 1990, making him the company's longest tenured in-ring performer . Calaway began his wrestling career with World... read more

Undertaker's "buried alive" promo gave me nightmares as a kid. A truly scary wrestler with a well-designed character.

He's deadly. He dug 29 holes for 29 souls, just in case, and the last one he dug was for Roman Reigns when he loses at Wrestlemania.

He's the Undertaker... Yeah, be afraid!

And why the hell is bloody John Cena on the list? I mean, what the hell? REALLY!

2 Kane Glenn Thomas Jacobs is an American professional wrestler, insurer, and actor. He works for WWE, and is best known by his ring name Kane.

Kane hands down was the scariest, most intimidating, destructive force in wrestling history. Kane and Undertaker can't be judged against each other because both were terrifying and evil-minded. Kane, with his original mask, made his character so mysterious and terrifying because no one could see his hideous face. Going on his night of Destruction was one of my all-time favorite moments in all of wrestling. Even when both Kane and Undertaker went on a night of destruction and broke the Boss's leg, it was memorable.

So, Kane gets my vote as the scariest wrestler in WWE history.

3 The Boogeyman

I wasn't scared of the Boogeyman when I was younger, but I did get grossed out when he ate the worms and shoved worms into other people's mouths.

One of the most underrated wrestlers, The Boogeyman constantly put worms in his mouth and smashed his head with a clock, knowing how to creep out an audience.

I am the Boogeyman! And I am gonna get you!

4 Jake Roberts
5 Gangrel David William Heath is an American professional wrestler. He is best known for his appearances in the World Wrestling Federation from 1998 to 2001 and intermittently throughout the mid-2000s under the ring name Gangrel.

Bray Wyatt is an amazing wrestler, both in the ring and in promos. The Fiend carries on the legacy of Undertaker and Kane by scaring a newer generation of wrestling fans with his uncanny body movements and intimidating appearance.

Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt family are a creepy bunch. Whenever I watch them, I think about the Waco Siege and religious cults.

7 Andre the Giant André René Roussimoff, known as André the Giant, was a French professional wrestler and actor. André He most famously feuded with Hulk Hogan, culminating at WrestleMania III, and his best-remembered film role was that of Fezzik, the giant in The Princess Bride. His size was a result of gigantism... read more

A real-life giant, Andre remains one of the most physically intimidating wrestlers to this day. Although he may not be traditionally scary, he certainly is physically.

Anyone who thinks otherwise should simply imagine standing next to Andre. Just the thought of it alone is intimidating, considering his 7'4" height and his 550-600 pound physique. I am very confused as to how the Boogeyman is above Andre in this list (as of now at least).

8 Abdullah the Butcher

I've never seen him wrestle, but I saw photos, and that man is truly psychotic.

9 Brock Lesnar Brock Edward Lesnar is an American professional wrestler and former amateur wrestler, professional American football player, and mixed martial artist who is currently signed to WWE.

He's unstoppable. He took out many superstars, including Triple H. I wonder if he gets a chance to face CM Punk soon. That'll be awesome.

10 Mankind Michael Francis Foley (born June 7, 1965) is an American actor, author, color commentator, and retired professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, under the company's "Legends" program, acting as a company ambassador. Foley has wrestled under his real name and various personas, including Mankind,... read more

Mankind was creepy. I feel like this mentally insane persona really inspired a lot of future wrestlers in the business.

Just the things he can do in Hell In A Cell are absolutely horrific.

The socks! Mick is a deep man. His theme is kinda sad and creepy at the beginning, but he was deeply emotional.

The Contenders
11 The Sheik
12 Papa Shango

I remember when I was watching old pay-per-views, and I got so creeped and grossed out when he put the curse on Ultimate Warrior.

His appearance is all it takes to scare someone.

13 Mark Henry Mark Jerrold Henry is an American powerlifter, Olympic weightlifter, strongman, and professional wrestler who is currently signed to WWE.

He's gonna whoop your ass, and that's what he does.

The time he went up against the Big Show and made the ring implode was awesome!

14 Snitsky
15 Nicole Bass
16 Umaga Edward Smith "Umaga" Fatu was an American Samoan professional wrestler. He was best known for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation/World Wrestling Entertainment in the 2000s under the ring names Umaga and Jamal.

The way he strikes almost instantly made me scared.

17 Luna Vachon
18 Giant Gonzalez An Argentine professional wrestler, Giant Gonzalez, whose real name is Jorge Gonzalez, was known for his towering height of 7 feet 7 inches. Despite his imposing size, he had a relatively short wrestling career, making appearances in WWE and WCW but never capturing any championships.
19 The Great Khali Dalip Singh Rana, better known by his ring name The Great Khali, is an Indian promoter, actor, powerlifter and professional wrestler best known for his time with WWE.
20 Viscera

The way he's able to take on pretty much anyone made him a one-man killing machine.

21 John Cena John Felix Anthony Cena Jr. (/ˈsiːnə/; born April 23, 1977) is an American professional wrestler, rapper, actor, and reality television show host signed to WWE, where he is assigned to the SmackDown brand... read more
22 Sid Vicious An English musician most famous for being the bassist of the punk rock band Sex Pistols. Born as John Simon Ritchie, Sid Vicious became an icon of the punk movement, although his life was marred by drug abuse and legal problems. He passed away at the young age of 21.

Sid Vicious is so physically intimidating, 6'9, 325 lbs, alleged natural physique, MEAN DUDE. He also takes as much as he gives out.

23 Bill Goldberg William Scott "Bill" Goldberg is an American actor, former professional football player, and semi-retired professional wrestler.

His signature move, the Jackhammer, is surprisingly strong.

24 Kevin Sullivan
25 Sting Steve Borden, better known by the ring name Sting, is an American retired professional wrestler, actor, author and former bodybuilder.

Just the way he answered Triple H's question terrified me.

He is scary because his crow theme makes him frightening. If Undertaker versus Sting happens sometime, I would probably choose both because Taker is also my favorite wrestler.

His gimmick with the crows and stuff gives me a mix of both Tim Burton and Alfred Hitchcock vibes.
