He had cheerleaders & his own car. There where a lot of things he did to irritate ash, such as write things addressing ash, to picking on him . Red should replaced because he is far stronger than ash ketchum who doesn't evolve his pokémon, and only won orange island and battle resort

Clemont should be higher on this list. He can actually cook (which is something Ash never learned) and he is a way better hero than Ash ever was. Clemont would be a good replacement for Ash in many ways, but, we have already seen Clemont and we already know him so, it wouldn't make sense for him to replace Ash. I think if Ash truly leaves the whole series, the editors should make a completely new character that we've never met to replace Ash.
Serena digs guys who saves lives, right? Well, he saved lives MORE THAN ONCE!
This makes sense because he's a hell of a lot more of a hero than Ash.

Serena has proven to be a kind and polite girl but she can also be openly rebellious towards her mother, Grace. She is better than him...
He is one of those few minor characters that grew better with development as the plot progress. He was so annoying at first but that was also a part of his character. I don't want him to become the regular main character but a few episodes on him where he catches pokemonso, battles some rivals and fights against the odds. It would be nice to feature him as a team partner for May's.
Robert, Drew, solidad, Virgil and DAWN are my choices.
And to that Contestshipper, stop bringing May everywhere with Drew. Sure Drew protects May and they have that two sided thing for each other but I think Drew should concentrate on his goal. He is ten years old. He needs to be a Top coordinator first.
He has well raised pokemon. If he catches more strong pokemon. Focuses on a better journey than romancing that trollop May. Then he can be a great adventurous character

He should have been real main character developing based off Gold than Ash! Or better yet! Ash would have met Gold in later on! Like that one shown in manga though ~
