She has definitely come a long way and has the best character development. To start as a someone who only strength was her intelligence to now being the strongest kunoichi in the series is amazing. I hate how the writers didn't do much with her character like they did with Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi but hey the series is over now but we still can see her improvement in Boruto. Overall this character has a lot of flaws but she was able to grow and become one of the strongest in the series.
