Basically, he is the god of Naruto. He not only defeated the Eight Tails, but he is also one of the creators of ninjutsu. However, it was one of his sons who performed ninjutsu through his hand signs.

He is my favorite character in the Naruto show. In my opinion, he is the strongest character in Naruto and the best.

Naruto did not beat Sasuke. When Sasuke admitted defeat, he meant he lost the emotional battle. Naruto is stronger than Sasuke emotionally. But in physical strength, they are equal. They were both lying there bleeding to death, so Naruto is not physically stronger. They're equal.

Naruto is obviously one of the strongest characters in the Naruto universe. He hasn't only fought pretty much everyone on this list and won, but he also was able to defeat the Ten Tails.

Naruto controls the Nine Tails and can go to Sage Mode. He has the power of the Sage of the Six Paths. The reason Boruto surpassed him is because of his inheritance from his mom and dad.
Obito Uchiha

Obito Uchiha, also known by his alias Tobi, is a fictional character from the Naruto universe. He was created by Masashi Kishimoto and is a central antagonist in the series. The Naruto franchise includes manga, anime, movies, OVAs, video games, and various forms of merchandise.

Basically a god, especially since he's become the Ten Tails Jinchuuriki! I can only imagine, with both eyes regained, he could have taken on Kaguya by himself. Sadly, he was killed, so there's no way to showcase that awesome Susanoo by himself.
It took quite a few powerful Naruto characters in the series to beat this guy! Obito is by far the strongest and ultimately surpasses even Kakashi in his prime. Hashirama even stated that Obito is stronger than him! No wonder it took Kaguya, the alien, to cost him his life.
He's too OP in that war arc! I definitely liked his display of prowess and believe he could have attained the Infinite Tsukuyomi had he never succumbed to Naruto's talk no jutsu.
Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki

He can absorb your jutsu and throw it back at you ten times stronger. It took all five Kage (and Sasuke) to defeat him.

Well, well, I was looking at the list and was surprised to see him excluded from the top 3. He is much, much stronger than Naruto. Remember, he is an Ōtsutsuki. He is believed to have died during the large Rasengan attack in the movie, but he may return anytime because he had already absorbed Kinshiki's life and created a cursed seal in Boruto's hand. Never underestimate this guy.
Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke Uchiha is a fictional character from the Naruto manga and anime franchise, created by Masashi Kishimoto. He is a member of the Uchiha clan and one of the main characters in the series. Sasuke is portrayed as Naruto Uzumaki's rival and follows a complex path throughout the storyline.

Though Naruto was stronger than Sasuke, when he became Hokage, he was doing so much paperwork that he had no time to train. But Sasuke continued to keep training.

He is now stronger than Naruto because Naruto had no time to train and has become rusty. Before, they were equals, but not anymore.

It's Sasuke. With Rinnegan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, he can beat most people on this list even though he doesn't have an arm. Easy pick.
Toneri Otsutsuki

He uses his visual powers to pull the moon towards Earth and make himself protected. He decided to punish humans for weaponizing chakra and using it for battles and wars. He plans to destroy Earth as punishment.

She has definitely come a long way and has the best character development. To start as someone whose only strength was her intelligence, to now being the strongest kunoichi in the series, is amazing. I hate how the writers didn't do much with her character like they did with Naruto, Sasuke, and Kakashi.
However, the series is over now, but we still can see her improvement in Boruto. Overall, this character has a lot of flaws, but she was able to grow and become one of the strongest in the series.
Teuchi

Teuchi doesn't seem too powerful at a glance. However, his true power shone when Pain attacked the village. Teuchi used the Rinnegan under his eternally closed eyes to put everyone under a Genjutsu, making everyone believe that Naruto destroyed the Pains and reformed Nagato, convincing him to resurrect everyone he killed at the cost of his life.
Himawari Uzumaki

So, she defeated the most powerful ninja of all time. Wait... does that mean this girl at 3 is actually stronger than gods?
