More often than not in animation, fictional children and characters of an early prepubescent age are voiced by adult female voice actresses. However, on those somewhat rare occasions when the characters are actually voiced by young actors and actresses of a similar age, we get this list of the Top Ten Fictional Characters Voiced by Children.
