What a cute song! Chingling looks so innocent and happy. Its ball-bell design is also very original. Chingling is an adorable Pokémon!
People love making fun of Shroomish's silly face but this face makes it unique. Shroomish doesn't have legs but it has cute little feet. It makes its design so funny! Shroomish looks like a small kid trying to look serious, how cute!
I think Budew's cuteness isn't complicated to see but Budew is very underrated. Cute feet, cute face and so tiny! (Similar to Shroomish)
Skiddo looks like a cartoonised baby goat full of leaves. Skiddo is cute in so many ways!

Karrablast's little arms and legs are cute, its angry face is cute, the little thing on the top of its horn is cute, its sort of dance (during 3D battles) is cute... Everything in Karrablast is cute!
Cacnea can make everyone laugh, no doubt! Its eyes can be "creepy" but to me, they juste look silly. The little crown is amazingly funny! (especially when you know it can turn into a flower, according to the Pokédex entry) Like Poliwhirl, its circle shape is cute and the way Cacnea always moves from the right to the left is adorable.
Poliwhirl is simple but original at the same time. Its eyes are so sweet and... The circle shape of its body is too cute!
Quagsire has a huge fandom but it isn't considered cute most of the time. Quagsire's carefree nature and funny appearance are really cute but the best thing is its cry!
