So various in pop culture, that robotic beings run with only logic and no emotion wanting to destroy humanity, that it's almost an clichee. For example, they roam in Terminator, Isaac Asimov novels and Futurama.

6 Zombies

No matter where the disease is from, you can always rely on zombies wanting to eat your brain.

They have no cure and are sad cause you knew that person before and creepy and fatal

7 Kefka (from Final Fantasy VI)

This clown has one thing above other canditates: laughter. Oh yeah and he actually does destroy the world!

8 Godzilla Godzilla is a giant monster originating from a series of tokusatsu films of the same name from Japan.

The nuclear beast from Japan, who wants to destroy every building, plane and monster that walks its path.
