NFL Teams That Will Surprise You In 2014

The Top Ten
1 Kansas City Chiefs The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's American Football Conference West division.

They'll be lucky if the league even gives them tickets to watch the playoffs. This year they'll find out what it's like to play teams that are good! By week 7 I'll be shocked if they're better than 1-5.

They were decent last season, but I think hey have what it takes to remain deep in the playoffs this season. They have Alex Smith as Quarterback, and Jamaal Charles at Running Back.

2 Buffalo Bills The Buffalo Bills are a professional American football team based in the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area that competes in the National Football League. Buffalo Bills had the longest playoff drought of any team which came to an end in 2017.

The Bills have Quarterback EJ Manuel, the best rookie in the league today. He's playing great, and he also has two of the best Running Backs to hand to: CJ Spiller and Fred Jackson.

3 New York Jets The New York Jets are a professional American football team located in the New York metropolitan area.

Now that Geno Smith is Quarterback, there's nothing that they can't do.

4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a professional American football franchise based in Tampa, Florida. The Buccaneers currently compete in the National Football League as a member team of the National Football Conference South division.

They have a decent Quarterback, an even better Running Back, great Wide Receivers, and one of the best defenses today. They have what it takes to make the playoffs, though I don't expect them to last long.

5 Detroit Lions The Detroit Lions are a professional American football team based in Detroit, Michigan. The Lions compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference North division. The Detroit Lions are one of the four teams to have never been to a Super Bowl, and also one of the two teams in history to go 0-16.

Great offensive talent, average d, but hopefully new d coordinator could help cause more turnovers, new coach, add in golden tate and a healthy ryan broyles, this team can beat anyone, hopefully they can remain relatively healthy

They have Matthew Stafford, one of the best today. He has Calvin Johnson, the best Wide Receiver in the league, to throw to. They have two very talented Running Backs: Reggie Bush and Joique Bell. I expect them to make the playoffs.

6 Arizona Cardinals The Arizona Cardinals are a professional American football franchise based in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

10-6 last year. Horrible call by ref against Philadelphia prevented a possible 11-5 record. Good offseason and essentially getting 2 first round picks with the return of jonathan Cooper (who looked very good before breaking his leg). Though we do have one of the toughest schedules in the entire league

7 Seattle Seahawks The Seattle Seahawks are a professional American football franchise based in Seattle, Washington. The Seahawks compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference West division.

A lot of people are already saying,"hawks are falling apart" laugh out loud, they only lost one of there good free agents, they got back the rest. If you know anything about football you wouldn't be surprised. But, since most people out of the W in the PNW are ignorant to northwest teams and can't accept greatness when it comes from Washington, the seahawks should surprise most of america with 2 consecutive SBs.

8 Chicago Bears The Chicago Bears are a professional American football team in Chicago, Illinois. The Bears compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference North division.

No. 4 offense in 2013 AND a totally upgraded defense with Jared Allen, Lamar Houston, Kyle Fueler, Adrian Wilson. Definitely a championship contender.

9 New Orleans Saints The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Saints currently compete in the National Football League as a member club of the league's National Football Conference South division.

They stink! This team will have the BIGGEST fall off of any team. They are one or two injuries away from being last years Falcons!

10 Oakland Raiders The Las Vegas Raiders are a professional American football franchise based in Las Vegas. The Raiders began playing in 1960 as a member club of the American Football League; they have been a member club of the National Football League since the 1970 AFL–NFL merger. ...read more.
