Top Ten Most Annoying Memes in 2019

You probably already know how much I despise memes already. They are boring, stupid internet jokes that make little or no sense at all that are always shoved down our throats everywhere we go (although trends do more as it's real life but at least trends are interesting. Memes are not). And I get it memes are not suppose to make sense, and I don't really have much humour myself, but the fact that they don't make sense annoys me. Not clever at all. Here are the most annoying memes in 2019. With that being said, here is the list.

Big Chungus

For those wondering: this is from a very, very old cartoon from 1941, titled "Wabbit Twouble". The picture itself is taken out of context: Bugs himself was not fat in the cartoon, rather he was making fun of Fudd in this scene (who was fatter than he is depicted today). As for "chungus", the word was made up by a videogame journalist, who never gave it a concrete definition. What's odd is that, while the cartoon is funny as Looney Tunes always is, and the word is funny for being nonsensical, when combined the two are not that funny at all.

So. From what I've heard this is Bugs Bunny from Looney Tunes, but he's fat. Appearently that's so funny it had to be made into a meme. And appearently this fat bunny is a god even bigger than the univeres and just another Shaggy Rogers-meme. *sigh*. Maybe it's just that I haven't seen Looney Tunes much but I don't get it at all.

Last year we had Infinity war memes which were terrible, and the thanos car. This year it's endgame memes and they aren't any better. That's what she said once on Twitter. While I myself dislike Trump, I though it was a severe exaggeration on Rowling's part (Tell me how is Trump worse than a genocidal psychopath who can't feel any good emotions, kills people for the lulz and treats everyone like $H! T). Not to mention there there's way too many who are worse than Trump himself.

Yes, it has become a meme now. Maybe not putting other characters in stupid Spencer's, Hot Topic, or Forever 21 outfits, at least not yet, but putting other characters in place of Vanellope and or the Princesses to argue their status as a princess or prince has.

Now luckily I don't have the same hatred for this one as with other ones as this one came around, when I started playing Duolingo after I took a hiatus from it so it's not something completely irrelevant for me, but it seriously questions me how people even started to think of him as an evil owl in the first place. It's not as annoying as the other ones but I certainly have gotten tired of it.

Poor Duolingo owl just wants to educate us, but memes made him an infamous sociopath.

Thankfully this meme didn't last for too long and didn't really get shoved down my throat as much as the others on the list so I find it to be somewhat. And from what I've heard it's frmo some random low-quality mobile game or something like that. Also how does mafia work? I didn't get to know it. Falling over the street? Is that how it works?

The whole SubscribeToPewdiepie hashtag was a trend that just got taken too far. But, as I have this wonderful thing called Free Will I could choose not to subscribe to any of them. I subscribe to someone because I like their content, not to make a statement.

I was threatened with violence for not subscribing to Felix's channel. I don't care about either of these channels, what's wrong with that?

If I had to choose, I would choose T-Series. I like Indian music a lot better than an obnoxious Swedish gamer with a YouTube channel.
Powerful Shaggy

For those who don't know, this meme originated from a scene from a modern Scooby Doo film where Shaggy fights against a group of thugs. This scene became popular a few years later as people found it amusing seeing Shaggy act the complete opposite of his normal self. A random YouTuber decided to use the Ultra Instinct super form from Dragon Ball Super and apply the special effect to Shaggy in the same scene, and this video ended becoming extremely popular.

Oh gods (no pun intended). We all have already heard of this meme by now. And honestly, what even is remotely funny about this f'd up mess? Just what even is this? A completely innocent, and in my opinion favourite characters from Scooby Doo is appearently a god who is so much more powerful than Thanos, which was already a terrible meme itself, in fact he's so strong people fear of him using 0.1% or less of his power. There's nothing remotely even interesting about this one in my opinion.

So..., Lil' Meerkat, and Submarine Man. Two of the most irrelevant music artists of all time, only famous thanks to certain TheTopTens users. People call them "rustler artists" because they "rustle" hypersensitive users on TheTopTens because of how bad they are. And because of this, everyone supports these people because they are "rustlers"/"trolls". *sigh*, what the literall ****? I'm speaking honestly here and I'll get hate probably because of how trolling is supported here on TTT, but neither of them are good. They are simply irrelevant singers that try to be so bad they are good, and as someone who lacks humour this is just "what? ". But at least Lil' Meerkat is somewhat funny. Submarine Man is not.

Who cares if he's big or not? If honey queen can make it into MARIO KART 7, why can't a dragon much smaller also make it into a fighting game? He was never too big anyway.
