Top 10 Most Overpowered Swords in Minecraft Mods

This sword deals 8 quintillion damage in both melee and ranged attacks. I wish I was joking. Without damage caps, the mob with the most health I've seen so far is Burning Godzilla, who has 100,000 health after factoring in armor. And this isn't even the most powerful item in its mod with the addition of the Dragon Crystal Armor.

8 quintillion is the most damage I've ever seen a sword do. I researched for a while and CANNOT find a stronger sword. Compared to everything else, this has got to be the strongest sword in mods. Not even commands can get you stronger than 2000 damage! This thing is way too OP and, well, makes WitherZilla kinda fair.

As with many items from Avaritia, this sword is very expensive (and becomes even more so with more mods installed), but it is very powerful in return. Sure, it deals infinite damage, but by the time you have automated ore mining, Wither killing, and crop growing, you probably already have a Draconic Staff of Power (or a similar weapon) that one-shots most mobs. So, why not go all-out and destroy the Chaos Guardian (or the Queen, as I've heard about from Orespawn) in one shot while you're at it?

This is the best weapon in Minecraft, except for the Infinity Gauntlet from Beck Bro Jack's videos, which I added to this page but somehow got deleted. Anyway, this sword actually does 0 damage, but it uses commands to set the target's HP to 0. It ignores all restrictions, including defense, potion effects, and damage caps. The only things it can't kill are the Titans, and obviously the Hydra and Wither Storm because of their multiple living body parts (Hydra's heads and the Wither Storm's tentacles and heads).

This sword does 1600 damage, functions as a pickaxe, axe, and shovel, and shoots a 1600-damage projectile on a right-click. All it takes is a dragon egg and diamond blocks to craft, and being from a mod where the dragon egg is craftable, this sword is very overpowered indeed.

According to the Titans Mod wiki, once you hit your first entity with the Ultima Blade, "keepInventory" is set to true. This weapon can also detect ores or mobs when you right-click with it. It cannot break, but unfortunately, it also cannot be crafted. The Ultima Blade is not obtainable via the Creative Mode inventory, and the only two ways to obtain it are by either defeating Witherzilla in the Void or using the /give command.

This is one of the best swords in my opinion. It can shoot out purple things that kill enemies on contact. Also, this sword has a long reach.
