The fact that movies have to wait to be on there shows how it may be worth waiting for, but I used VPN and watched Malandorian and got to rewatch Kazaam, so it definitely is.

The Simpsons movie should be in Disney plus along with the Simpsons
All 30 seasons are there, Might as well add this as well.

Never gonna happen, if Disney refused to release on video there's no chance in hell their going to release it on Disney Plus.
If they did they would have to put a huge warning at the beginning about how the movie could be "offensive"
