But Mewtwo was created to be the strongest pokemon of all time! Well it did not succeed! this thing trumps it in power! it has its own tier ABOVE UBERS! Mewtwo, primal groudon, Arceus! they are all in ubers! rayquaza is above em all! It is plain broken! enough said!
Mewtwo is a psychic-type Legendary Pokémon from Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. Designed by Ken Sugimori, it made its first appearance in the games Pokémon Red and Blue. It was created by Dr. Fuji using gene splicing in an attempt to clone Mew. In the Pokémon games, it's infamously known as the most powerful Pokémon among all species. Mewtwo is capable of evolving into two forms - Mega Mewtwo X (using Mewtonite X) and Mega Mewtwo Y (using Mewtonite Y) Mega mewtwo has the highest stat total in the game! (tied with mega rayray). Depending on which mega u give mewtwo it will be a physical or special sweeper. Personally I think mega mewtwo y is better. Either is powerful. A truly amazing and strong pokemon.
The reason why I put it above kyogre is because its ability cancels out all water moves. it just needs to be slower and it wins against kyogre. t is a physical sweeper and an almost unstoppable monster.
Mega rayquaza was destroying all dragon types. Then along came this thing that rivals it in power! It even has its own insane z move! truly a beast!
Ultra necrozma is stronger than arceus he's good of all pokemons
Though it is the weakest of the weather trio it is still a monster. It has insane special stats and powerful water moves such as origin pulse and water spout. Just get ice beam on it and you are set to take out any dragon type (specifically rayquaza). It can take out rayquaza with ice beam pretty easily. The only problem is rayquaza is faster and will most likely one shot it with dragon ascent. Still incredibly powerful though.

Zygarde, known in Japan as the same name, is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. It is a tank. Give it dragon dance and some leftovers and you are set to sweep anything that gets in your way. incredibly powerful. It looks amazing too.
White kyurem is the best kyurem form by far! it has incredible moves like fusion flare and ice burn. Just use it and you will see how powerful it truly is.
